Woke up violently ill. We have a 2 year old so we’re always on the go and don’t eat a lot. Yesterday, I had a sandwich from Dillons. It was great and I felt fine the whole rest of the day. Later, We bought a pizza here for dinner for the first time, we’ve never been here before. I take it home, I make it, it was delicious, we hit the hay. I wake up around 2am shitting and vommiting all over myself. The bathroom was downstairs so that was fun. I eat sandwiches from Dillons all the time and have never had a problem and that was around 11pm anyway. The only other thing I ate was this pizza and then got sick about 4 hours later. My daughter also ate a Dillons sandwich and was fine. She didn’t really eat the pizza either, she just picked the pepperoni off and ate that. she did not get sick . She moaned a couple times throughout the night as if her stomach was in pain, but ultimately did not get sick. But I ate a lot of the pizza and I did. The pizza wasn’t refrigerated for about 40 minutes (the drive home) but the package said it would be good for an hour unrefrigerated. I probably won’t go back , but it honestly WAS good so Idk yet. Tasted very similar to glory days pizza just without the extra seasonings for reference. They also accepted EBT since it’s not a cooked pizza. $15 for a medium two topping.
The teen employee there was very nice and patient with me and my 2 year old. They even had a tiny little area with candy and drawing activities for kiddos.

Laken took my walkin order for two large pizzas. The entire crew 6+ were rocking it behind the counter tonight. The night before the Superbowl is one of their busiest nights of the year – they were building 10 pizzas at a time! One of our pizzas had some special topping requests, Laken made that one and he nailed it.

I always have a great experience however, today not so much. I walked in a the employee came walking from the back with food in her mouth. I placed my order and paid. I noticed that she did not use the standard measuring cups and utensils to put the toppings into the pizzas. The toppings are not even to the edge and there is barely any cheese, tomatoes and mushrooms. So, our pizzas have a minimum amount of toppings compared to normal. Very disappointed. And the employee was not rude but carried an attitude as if she was inconvenienced by our order.

After many failed attempts to remove the Papa Murphy’s thin crust pizza from the paper tray after baking ten minutes to finish baking directly onto the oven grill. (without destroying the pizza). We like a crispy crust, so I spoke with the manager at Papa Murphy’s in Lawrence, KS. The mgr. politely informed me why it was difficult to do and gave us some suggestions to achieve a better crust. Finally, with a light sauce on Papas Favorite pizza and help from a pre-heated pizza stone, we experienced the best pizza ever from Papa Murphy’s! After 10 minutes, I easily transferred the pizza off the paper directly onto the stone. After baking 16 minutes total time, the pizza was PERFECT! Thank you Manager at Papa Murphy’s!!! You are the BEST❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Manager running the store just lost a customer and I will tell everyone and anyone not to visit this store do to her overpricing.
Walked in and attempted to order a 2 topping medium pizza for $6.99. The order was repeated back as a Hawaiian(Canadian Bacon & Pineapple).
And then was told $15 for the pizza.
I stated I wanted the 2 topping special that is offered in store.
She stated that was not available that way and can’t be done!
Nothing but a money hungry manager running that store!
DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!
Sad to say this is the only remaining location left in the town!
Go to another pizza establishment in this town and hope that another franchise owner will come in and bring a reputation back for a store in Lawrence!

Consistently delicious pizza. We get the same pizza every time, Chicken/Bacon/Artichoke on a thin crust. Only a couple of times in many years has there been a mistake in preparing the order.
