Ordered online was supposed to be 30 minutes. Walked in at 40 minutes and they hadn’t started it yet. Told me they would do it next. I asked how long and they said 10 minutes I told them I would wait in the car. 15 minutes later I went in and they were going to start on it. I left so they thought they could work on walk-in orders.

Ordered a pizza at the register like I do almost weekly for the last 5 or so years. The cashier had no idea how to handle the stuffed crust upgrade and extra chicken upgrade on the Tuesday Large pizza special. I finally stood in the restaurant and ordered on the app just to get my food at the correct price. No attempt atan apology for the poor customer service. I swear I have never seen the same people twice working here in the last 8 or 9 months. And with the apparent lack of training I suppose it’s understandable. I would suggest going to another location as this one is sub-par.
