I ordered online, which is easy and great. I still find it absolutely annoying that they automatically add a tip to your bill, thus 4 stars for acting as though I am obligated to tip. I was in the pizza industry for 24 years, and hardly ever were CSRs (insiders) tipped. I tip because I want to, it should not be set as a default when trying to pay. As for the pizza, it was fine and made as requested. Still not too enthused about the 5-Cheese Bread, I’ve tried it a few times and no matter how I attempt to cook it, the edges/crust rise way too much and the cheese gets center-loaded. I have also tried it enough times to come to the conclusion (in my opinion) that it really does not taste that good. I’ve never had a bad pizza from PM and in fact, Papa Murphy’s has some of the best crust I think. I will continue to purchase their pizza products.

Raintree location now offers dairy free cheese! I ordered a pizza with d-free cheese (due to Alpha gal allergy) with zucchini topping and then added seasoned ground turkey at home. It was delicious!! Your pizza sauce is amazing too!! So, thank you, Papa Murphy’s, for adding dairy free cheese to your menu!
