The staff was short and unfriendly. Just ate the pizza and it was horrible! They must have done something to their crust because it was hard as cardboard! Also, I purchased a mediterranean salad, it’s always very delicious, however, they only give you one salad dressing pack and you have to pay .99c for each additional pack. Now the salad is large, we got 4 soup bowls of salad out of the salad and the one pack wasn’t close to being enough dressing. Anyway, this is the second time I’ve been to this location and forgot how rude and unfriendly the staff is as well as the pizza tasting horrible. I was soon reminded of my last experience. Won’t be going back!

I received an email from Papa Murphy’s corporate saying $10 Tuesday is back (picture attached). Ordered 3 large pizzas and the store said this doesn’t apply. Either Papa Murphy’s marketing was purposely wanting to mislead someone or the store is actively over charging. Three large pizzas as charged at $55.

Stuffed pizza The Big Murphy.. and WOW!! If you love crust, this is your baby. We got it without the green peppers and threw some extra cheese on it before we stuffed it in the oven. Been a long time since I’ve had Papa Murphys.. in my opinion, it beats any mainstream pizza chain that delivers (or at least this pizza did). Very impressed to say the least!

I have ordered Papa Murphys for years. This location twice. On the second order, the pizza floated in grease. I wasn’t really paying attention and put it in the oven. After a bit, the house was filling with smoke. Took out the grease soaked pizza and threw it away. Still grease on the bottom of the pan. Couple nights later, I was using my oven. Apparently the grease had dripped into the bottom of the oven and started a fire. This happened in December. I call this location and supposedly spoke to the manager. The lady stated this is above her and have someone contact me. Corporate referred me to store. Well, it is February 13th and still no response.

We generally love the pizza. Staff is usually sketch. They def don’t love their job and we’ve seen supervisors treating newer staff poorly in front of customers. It’s either bullying, lack of training or non-caring ownership. After recognizing this it makes me second guess why we continue to buy from this location. Wow! As I sit here writing this my realization challenges my opinion. Hmmmmm

We just picked up a large Cowboy pizza with extra cheese and a medium taco pizza. The crew seemed like they were in a hurry to get the order done. In their haste, the taco pizza had no refried beans and no taco sauce, the extra cheese on the Cowboy wasn’t there either. This is our first visit at this store as our location in Raytown closed. I hope our next visit is a little better.
