I had to return a pizza sat evening that my boyfriend brought home. The pizza was made incorrectly, made with the wrong crust, ingredients added that didn’t belong, it had a mound of cheese and very little sauce.
I tried simply getting a refund due to the state of the entire environment, but it wasn’t an option, so I had to guide her through how to make it. (GLOVES REQUIRED) She told me her cheat sheet was gone. Lady, it says it on the big sign behind you on how to make it, but she was still unsure! The other man working was the dishwasher but was thrown into the chaos as a fill-in.
She was filthy, cussing and talking to herself, mumbling, and the man wasn’t much better.
While in there, they were just giving away substitution bc they were out of items, and they were leaving people on hold bc she was forgetting about them.
A nice couple had walked in, but I shared my info so they didn’t waste their time or money.
I’ve been here before and had great a great experience but this wasn’t one of them.

I haven’t gone to a Papa Murphy’s in years – I live too far away from most of them. We were close enough to one that I placed a pickup order while we were getting our vehicle worked on, and I was stupid enough to lock my keys in my own car when I went to pick my order up. It was about 30 degrees outside and they were nice enough to let me hang out inside while I panicked and got ahold of roadside service.
The food was ready for me when I got there (I got there 3 minutes early) and it was exactly what I was hoping for when we were able to throw it in the oven. Everyone at the location was kind to me even though I was probably annoying since I was a frantic mess.
I appreciate you guys.

We have always loved papa murphys, my issue is with the curbside delivery. If you can’t manage to bring the order out in a timely matter then don’t offer the service. I usually just go in but I have a broken toe in a giant boot and a two year old, all of which were the reasons I chose curbside. Employee was outside talking for 15 minutes of the 30 I waited then went inside and never came back out. I had my daughter in one arm and hobbled in and picked up my 3 family size pizzas on the bottom of the rack not even a can I help you or I’m sorry.

I spoke with lady n told her I messed up on my order n she tried tell me I can cancel but no options to do so. I left it. I go in store n my pizza wasn’t ready for pic up. Mind u I ordered at noon n had a pick up at 3:45 pm. They were dead n blamed they never got my receipt. I said I call earlier bout my pizza mistake…first thing comes out of mang or lady that was there in washington at 3:45pm mouth was ….she gets what she paid for. She was rude. She pulled dough for board guy n then went to back where I hadn’t seen her since.

Walked in to pick up online order (which wasn’t ready) and the worker had the music so loud I couldn’t hear anything. The store was not clean and I felt like the worker didn’t have much care for her work or appearance at work. I had to ask her to re-wrap one of the pizzas because it was not completely wrapped, and had to ask about the sides on our order, while asking her to repeat everything because the music was so loud. My first and last visit to the location. It’s unfortunate that it seems the franchise itself has declined so much in recent years.

I called at 6:05 pm and the phone was answered by a young lady that did not provide a greeting or even a hello, she immediately said in a very aggressive voice “we do not take phone calls after 6 o’clock !”
How is this acceptable when running a business? This 6 o’clock rule is not listed on their website or anywhere else I could find to look, so how could I be expected to know this?

Horrible customer service back talks to the customer when trying to cancel an order. Because it was going to take 45 minutes to even make a pizza that I have to cook myself. 10 out of 10 would not purchase they’re trash.
