Great pizza. Bad managers. Bad customer service. Horrible delivery. If you’re going to order pizza from this location, pick it up yourself. They subcontracted out all the deliveries to Door Dash but refuse to take any sort of management or anything to resolve problems when they occur. I spent 10 minutes with a manager who would barely listen to the pizza or delivery problem and simply had a not my problem attitude. Take it up with door dash or your credit card I was told. So I did that. I called Door Dash corporate in NJ. Their legal team just did a conference call to speak with the ‘ manager’ at the store, and they pointed out that yes, adjustments can be made in store by ther personnel who use Door dash as a delivery platform. Whoops. Someone needs training in customer service and store policy!

Placed a pick up order online on a pretty busy time I believe. I was driving from mandan and when I got there the order was to my surprise ready to be picked up with a full lobby. I ordered a custom chicken bacon ranch pizza with cream sauce, but when I got home and cooked it, the first bite tasted completely off. I checked and realized it had red sauce instead of the cream sauce I requested. I called the store to let them know about the mistake, and they told me I could come in for a replacement.
When I arrived, I was surprised and disappointed to be charged again for the new pizza, even though the error was not mine. As someone who works in the restaurant industry, I understand mistakes happen—but I also know how important it is to make things right for the customer. This situation could have been handled much better, and unfortunately, it left a bad impression.

Went in and got a family sized pizza for my boyfriend, his grandma, and I to all enjoy this evening. We baked the pizza the correct amount of time and everything to only find out the dough was still raw on the bottom with the top cooked perfectly. My boyfriend used to work at this location specifically and says that dough was messed up when it was made and had to have been sitting out for around 5 hours. The employees should not be serving pizzas like this.

I placed this order on the app in my car before driving over. my pizza was ready waiting 7 minutes after ordering, even during the 5pm rush. I am always pleased with my experience at this Papa Murphys. while I have limited interaction with the staff, they are always friendly and my pizza is always delicious.
