Ordered in the app, half hour later my husband went to grab it. It wasn’t even started he was told to come back in 20 minutes and they’d have it ready. Went back and they still hadn’t started it. He told them to cancel the order and refund what we’d been charged. Checked in the app and it said the order was completed even though ewe never received our order. I would like a response on how this will get resolved as I called the store and the gal that answered said she’d call back and now I haven’t heard a thing from them.

Ordered 2 pizzas and a monkey bread online about 45 minutes in advance. Walked in and they denied receiving our order and said they couldn’t make our order at all simply because they are busy. First and last time I will be trying to order food from this Papa Murphy’s, especially online in advance because apparently they don’t receive them reliably.
When I worked fast food, even if I was 20 orders deep I would never tell someone I couldn’t make the order at all, but would communicate that it may take longer.

Good pizza and friendly staff BUT calling for take’n’bake orders is a nightmare. Ordered 5 different times from here and had to go to the store to order take n bake. Every time we call, the phone keeps ringing and ringing, OR when someone finally does answer (like this last time), they answer “thank you for calling papa murphys, can I put you on hold?” And we waited for another 6-7 minutes before we ultimately decided to hang up.
The phone issue is definitely an issue, please work to fix this if you still want our business.
