Alexis was very helpful tonight. I didn’t know that Papa Murphy’s now had dairy-free cheese. She helped me order, over the phone, a Mediterranean Herb & Chicken pizza. She customized it with dairy free cheese on one half and regular cheese on the other half. The pizza turned out great and was ready for pickup when I arrived.

I do like Papa Murphy’s as there pizza are usually very consistent.I do prefer a heavier (more) red sauce on my pizza so usually request and pay for additional sauce and cheese. Unfortunately this time, I only paid for ingredients/adjustments and did not receive the product. That said this is the only downfall to the latest order, of which I may add, was unusual! Thank you P-Murphy’s for another quality pie.

Made my order online, for pick up ASAP. I was a few minutes early which is ok, I don’t mind waiting. However, after several people came in, placed an order and left with said orders, before I was asked what I needed. Being an online order, when completed, it is placed on a rack for the customer to pick it up from. They had to go find my order…..much more attention needs to be paid to on line orders.

I’ve not once had a bad experience for how many times I’ve ordered dinner. I love the side options you can pick up for cheese bread, desserts, and even salads. Their pizza toppings are always fresh and delicious. And you have to try their take n bake s’mores bars. I look forward to it ever visit.
