I have never seen such a joyous crew at the Alexandria MN Papa Murphy’s Take ‘n bake! A wonderful gal took my order, super friendly & upbeat. Travis made my pizza with a great attitude & speed, another wonderful young gal wrapped & brought my pizza right over to me while I sat on the bench. She used my name, & wished me a wonderful day too. I had two other customers in front of me, & a drive-up also. They were so pleasant to all the customers. Best of all was the delicious pizza for supper. Thank you for a good experience all around!

I ordered delivery and about 3/4 of my pizza toppings were forgotten and missed. It was about a 10$ difference… so I am not too pleased with that… I also ordered a cinnamon wheel dessert, the “topping” for that was mostly on the underside of the pizza tray and left quite the mess to clean up upon opening it. I tried to clean up the bottom before baking it, but then it boiled over??? And left an even worse mess in my oven… overall this order was a waste of my money…

I normally dont post negative comments, but I was very disappointed in the calzones. I paid over $10 for one and it didnt even fill up my 6 year old. They were incredibly small, mostly bread, and very little filling. Even the marinara cups were less than half way full. I have never been so disappointed in their food.

im a $12 tuesday customer that comes down for the lake season from moorhead. This location is the best, the shift lead on tuesdays around 1:30 in the afternoon is one of the most positive people ive ever seen. Mistakes can happen and he fixes them with a smile on his face and I can tell his coworkers love working with him. This dude is dancing and making pizzas and is on top of abosultely everything. He is papa murphy’s. He cares and makes thing run smoothly. Great pizza, always great service, i love supporting this place.

Matt was fast & friendly! After a long day, a large mushroom and sausage pizza was just the ticket. Matt was nice to talk to as I waited. Made the time seem like seconds… (It was probably 5 min. tops) .
