You guys did a great job on our pizza tonight! It is gorgeous and delicious! Made perfectly! Got the 5 meat stuffed pizza (not stuffed crust, just stuffed) and I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious this pizza is! Thank you to the woman at the Albert Lea, MN store who made our pizza at about 5pm on Monday Aug 18, 2025 we appreciate you and I’m sorry my bf didn’t catch your name!

I’ve been coming here for the past few years because it’s convenient, however, I am unable to provide a “good” review, because the service here continues to decline. I’ve written a few messages to their support staff, and have gotten nowhere, so I’m providing a more direct approach here now.
The wait time for food here is too long; 20 minutes for a single pizza counter order shouldn’t be the norm.
They consistently under-perform when it comes to ingredients, my most recent visit was my second time getting a pizza that was less than half covered with toppings (besides sauce and cheese). When they think four (4) Canadian bacon on a large pizza is enough, you’re straight up getting ripped off.
In recent attempts to discuss this in person, nothing seems to work – kindness, directness and even constructive criticism. I assume this owner is responsible for multiple locations, but they just don’t seem to have their eye on the ball for customer consistency, and it’s very disappointing that they don’t care for their community.

We had another great stop at Papa Murphy’s Take ‘N’ Bake in Albert Lea. The establishment is very clean and the staff are friendly and fast at assembling pizzas. My favorite is the Cowboy on Original Crust, my wife loves the Mediterranean Chicken on Glutten free Crust, and the kids like the Make Your Own Pizzas.

The guy working seemed very angry towards us because we came in 20 minutes before close. He gave dirty looks and said “what do you want!” Just very rude towards us. He didn’t say anything accept for “what do you want” he was giving us glares and being very unwelcoming towards us. He basically threw our pizza at us, slamming it onto the table making it very messy.

How I stopped by and placed a order for make my own Chicago style pizza in the guy that put the order in didn’t even seem like he knew what he was doing clearly lacking of training as I’m watching them make my pizza I notice that there doing it completely wrong so I mentioned that I need a customized Chicago style pizza half chicken and peppers the other half being pineapple in pepperoni they still proceed to make a regular Chicago style pizza got it wrong once again I guess the manager stepped in to refund me the mistake for the pizza instead of giving me a free pizza for the convenience he proceeded to to still charge me so I had to get a refund for the wrong pizza they made in pay for the actual pizza I wanted keep in mine I paid with card. just so unprofessional useless next time I will go to green mill never this place again what if that was my last 20$ I had to pay double for the price of one in wait god knows how long for a refund
