I ordered online from the app and it was understandable and easy to use. When I went to pick up my completed pizza, the staff were helpful and very friendly. I had ordered a half and a half pizza and they put the correct ingredients on each side. Also, the ingredients were extremely fresh and hefty, they did not scrimp on the ingredients. Domino’s fails at all of these! I will definitely be back to Papa Murphy’s!

I order here regularly. The quality has deteriorated. A lot. Orders are not ready when I arrive more than 10 minutes after the promise time. And don’t bother with a Mini Murph; see picture. To quote my 6 yo, “that doesn’t even look like pizza. It’s square and too small.” I agree. If I didn’t have pizzaria experience in my teens as an early life job dealing with dough and knowing how to shape it under pressure on a Friday evening, I would demand a refund. This is not acceptable quality by any fair metric. Additionally, see the picture of the calzone. Please, tell me which three toppings I paid for in that one based on observation as halved immediately after baking. I actually dare you. Because I can’t tell which of the two ordered it is by sight.

I already provided pictures and feedback in detail to corporate via official feedback form. But sure, I’ll fill out the additional survey link you sent. So you are aware, in this format I am not able to click/tap the link. I have to go to browser and manually type address based on your reply. Know I have done so because of how displeased I am from my experience, and most others wouldn’t bother manually typing same which significantly reduces your reply rate (likely on purpose and by design).

Dinner rush hour. One person working. I felt terrible for them. Thankfully they said they already put their two-weeks notice in. Apparently they like to run with one person all the time. I can not support this location when they dont care about their staff. I’ve been to multiple locations that have 5+ people working. Its horrible to think it can be ran with just one person. Support another location.

Poorly trained and poorly hired staff. Ordered a pizza that was advertised through a poster on the wall as a $14.99 special. Staff charged me $19.99 and I pointed out the advertised sale price. Two people working couldn’t figure out how to refund the over-charged amount and said the promotion hadn’t started yet. The “manager” working came from the back, ended up getting mad, then disappeared into the back to presumably get back to staring at his phone. I called the store multiple times the next couple weeks and was told they were sorry, staff was being changed out and they would send me some promo discounts to make up for the mistake and experience. The promo discounts were never sent….

We tried them new stuffed crust pizza tonight and the pizza was good but the crust needs more flavor. It was pretty bland compared to the actual pizza. Also the cooking instructions were off. Keep and eye on your pizza it didn’t take 30 mins to cook. The stuff crust only took about 20 mins.

This particular location is amazing. The food is always great and prepared quickly from an online order. You can get everything you want quick and prepared the way you want it and then bake it yourself. Papa Murphy’s has the best dough.

had an awful experience with whoever was working on march 15th at 7:40pm i got a stuffed pizza and removed bacon and got a pizza with bacon that i cannot eat because of religious reasons and this has happened numerous times in the past but i decided to call to get my money back because i wasn’t going to be eating the pizza and when i explained what was going on they straight up told me “yeah i made that order and i know i didn’t add bacon to it ” without asking for a order number or anything so i said that i can even send pictures of bacon on it which i do have and they said “we aren’t accepting pictures right now and this seems like a fake call” and then hung up on me so i decided to call back and told them to not hang up on me so i could explain which they proceeded to say “or what? i don’t need this job anyway” and then hung up again so i will be getting my money back and taking this up to corporate because some people that work here are incompetent.
