I reluctantly gave Papa Murphy’s Pizza a second chance, and it turned out to be one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. The first time I ordered, I requested extra cheese and extra sauce, but what I got was a pitiful, dry pizza with almost no cheese and just a scant brushing of sauce. I hoped that after more than a year, they’d have improved, but the second attempt was even worse—an utterly dreadful pizza that completely ignored my requests. It’s clear they have the most negligent service and the worst quality control imaginable. This has been, without a doubt, the most frustrating and disappointing pizza experience I’ve ever had. I will never, ever return!

Not only did Tucker make our pizza, he made our day! I really miss this kind of customer service. Our pizza was perfect and this dude was literally so fun to chat with as he carefully prepared our dinner — like he was actually happy to see us and wanted us there. I have been along time costumer. At this location. This afternoon was they best. The staff was vary pleasant, focused on making decisions pizza! And dude that was working this afternoon, might be blind, maybe not or not into the sweetheart that made my pizza! She made my pizza without even having to look at what she was doing. we have eaten at this locations several times and it has always been good except for tonight we cooked the pizza for 17 minutes the crust was burnt on the edges but most of the pizza was watery and disgusting am not sure what the problem was but it was horrible.

Now why would you open a place that serves lunch directly at 12? Now we need to cook the pizza at home. It will be ready closer to 1.. why don’t you open at 11:30, give your employees a half hour lunch and can still close at 8 with only one shift of employees necessary?

This was the first and probably the last time I order from this location. I picked up the order and didn’t look at it until I was ready to cook it. “My sistake.” The cteamy garlic sauce that’s supposed to come with it wasn’t there, but the marinara sauce was. I ordered the garlic chicken calzone. This thing was small and looked like it was thrown together. I wanted to air fry it and couldn’t because the dough was so thin and had holes in it. I couldn’t remove it from the container. I guess the only nice part was the flavor. For the price I paid. I could have had a whole cooked pizza from another pizza shop down the road.

I don’t know what the deal is with the inefficiency of this one, it’s the slowest Papa Murphy’s in the area by far. Drive the extra 5 minutes to Andover, because you’ll be waiting an extra 30 minutes at this one.
