I order a stuffed chicken bacon pizza with onions on the side and was told that wasn’t a possible selection. I then ordered onions only on half the pizza. On the inner layer onions were on the whole pizza on the top layer onions on only half. When I called Friday I was told no manager would be on duty until Monday. When I called and talk to him he asked for a picture for proof. Seriously I would not have taken the time to call and bring it to the managers attention if this was not true. Manager basically called me a liar. That is a classic example of horrible customer service.

Pizza is always exactly as I ordered it, and its always fresh and good. I order online, walk in, pick it up off the rack but am always greeted by the staff even though they are very busy and making more pizzas. The whole family orders pizza from Papa Murphy’s and its the best in town.

We ordered 2 pizzas for pickup at 8:30pm with the hours being open until 9pm. We come at 8:17 and the store was closed with our pizzas sitting out, not in the fridge. We were not given a call or notified about the change in closing time and the pizzas weren’t even put in a refrigerated space to be saved. Absolutely unacceptable. Hopefully we are able to get a hold of someone to get refunded…

The last few times I’ve ordered from here, I enter the building and see make tickets sitting next to the printer (as in removed and set next to the printer), indicating that employees have seen them, but for whatever reason have chosen not to make them. The employees are always in the back. It seems extremely inefficient to go from the back of house to the counter to grab the ticket and set it next to the printer, then return to the back of house. The employee already spent the time walking from the back to the front, why not make it as soon as you grab the ticket? I would think it would be a much bigger time waster to have to come back up front as soon as the customer (me) arrives to make it. Now, not only is time wasted on the employer side, but my time is wasted knowing full well they seen the ticket, but chose not to make it right away. Today, upon arrival, there were only two tickets on the counter and no pizzas on the racks, so I know they can’t make the argument of being busy. I sincerely hope management sees this comment and implements a rule change. I’d suggest no more tickets to be left on counters. You grab the ticket, you make it right away. It doesn’t make any sense at all to go up front to grab the ticket and set it aside, knowing full well the customer will be in soon to collect their pizza. Efficiency makes everyone happy and would even give the employee more time to do the necessary prep work I know that goes into making great pizza’s.

On Sunday night, I ordered online and i went in to get my pizza about 30 mins early and it was already ready! Absolutely amazing service! I got the young girls names Payton and Kendil, service was outstanding at Papa Murphys! Highly recommend coming back! Give those girls a raise!!!
