Papa Muphy’s used to be good. Paid $23 for a stuffed pizza and was skimpy. Requested extra sauce barely got any. Barely anything on the inside or on top. Was very dry. You can pay that or only a few dollars more and get a quality filled pizza that is already cooked. Too much to pay for a weak pizza.

They completely messed up my pizza that is supposed to have a garlic olive oil sauce. Instead it came with red sauce. Upon calling and saying something about this to the manager, Amanda, told she could make a new one the ‘right’ way but that I would have to drive all the way across Fond du lac to come pick it up. I have 2 young sons at home preparing for school in the morning, and this was handled in a very unprofessional manner. I am not running across town to pick up a pizza they messed up. Very disappointed especially with the leader ship (Amanda) and won’t be back again as I I usually order from this place and it is the ‘right pizza’, not one poorly made and definitely has never been made this way before. I even asked for extra garlic and olive oil, and it says so right on my receipt. Truly saddening for this company to not accommodate and hires people like ‘Amanda.’ She has no customer skills or respect. Pray they turn this around. And to think I paid $18 for the said messed up pizza. I had to throw it all out. And based on the reviews below it is evident numerous people have had issues as well. They could have at least offered to have it delivered, but no, just straight up rudeness after they made the mistake.

The Fond du Lac location for Papa Murphy’s is an excellent choice. I ordered on the app, the pizza was done at the correct time and looked exactly like the picture in the advertisement. Awesome job at making a taco beef grande pizza.

I purchased a pizza with additional items to have with guests at my home. I requested delivery with additional items on order. I clicked and added all requested fields as needed. They provided the delivery method, the items requested, and I paid in full as well the tip upfront. My order showed up with only a pizza and paid over $45 dollars. Called several times for some resolution to my issue and the Manager said I was in the wrong and all door dash fault! I will NEVER buy from them again and advise anyone to not do the same. 67 years old and have never been treated like this before by any company, nevermind a pizza place!

They need to keep putting in as much filling in the stuffed pizzas as they used to, the stuffed chicken bacon ranch pizza has been my favorite pizza for about 15 years or so, well as we speak im trying to eat the leftovers and to say there is leftovers there must be a big problem……the filling was sooo skimpy the pizza is dry. I dont know how you get a dry ashy stuffed pizza but papa murphys managed to do it, im gessing because theres was about a shot glass worth of filling and sauce in the middle. Im sooooo disappointed as i try to choke back my favorite and last pizza from papa murphy’s unless they quit being greedy then i will be too with my money. Look at this sadness……….

This is why I just stick with what I know! I wasn’t aware this was an uncooked pizza I ordered. It says it gives you the option of take and bake or cooked in store. That wasn’t an option. Luckily I was able to squish them together and fold it over to put in my little freezer in my truck. It wasn’t a complete waste, it was still easy enough to order Pizza Hut. They never disappoint!

Horrible bland pizzas. Every few bites you got a glob of beans or salsa. That was all that tasted taco. Bought 3. One for a friend who was being treated for back injury. They did not enjoy it. I spent $62 and threw away a whole pizza. Usually got them in Neenah and loved them. I will just go back to making my own. Staff was very pleasant and fast with orders.
