I arrived at 640 pm on Tuesday. Having gone shopping across the street at 530. Noticed store looked closed but OPEN light on then, checked time on line said 7pm so Ihad plenty of time. At 640 an Employee was outside smoking, ran inside and locked door as I pulled up. I checked the door for times in case internet was off. 7pm closing time. Went to Subway.

Owner overcharges every chance he can, the only papa murpys i know of with tons of exculsusions from the 12 dollar Tuesday deal. What’s that, you want to replace a topping, full price, family size, full price, no stuffed or stuff crust either. Save your money and drive to Reedsburg.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experiences at Pappas Murphy’s. As a frequent customer, I’ve noticed a significant decline in quality and service. The pizzas are now much smaller than they used to be, and the crusts often bubble up upon cooking them. When ordering, I’ve had issues with the staff not listening to my requests, requiring me to repeat my order multiple times. Furthermore, I no longer receive cooking instructions with my pizzas, which is inconvenient when dealing with different types of pizzas.
I’ve also noticed that coupons are no longer included with my orders, which was a nice touch that added value to my purchases. My last order was particularly disappointing, with a small, misshapen pizza that was handed to me in a subpar condition. I’ve attached a photo of the pizza, which shows the lack of cooking instructions and coupon.
As a loyal customer, it’s disheartening to see such a drop in quality and service. I hope that Pappas Murphy’s will take my feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to regain my trust and business. Until then, I’ll be forced to explore other pizza options.

My goodness, if I could give the service a 0, I would! How dang pathetic this very Papa’s has consistently disappointed. Called at 7:33pm and they close at 8pm. I was told they couldn’t do online or over the phone order. So, I drove there to order the pizza instead. Before walking in we had the 4 employees letting us know, they knew that we were the ones that called. Ordered my order and waited 10 mins while they continued cleaning. Walked out at 7:55pm with my pizza. They were in such a hurry they forgot to make my . Lol. Such a pathetic situation. Side note, this has happened several times at this particular establishment. Very disappointed.

Went to order a large thin crust cowboy pizza and they were out of the thin crust, mushrooms and black olives, which is two of the major toppings for this pizza. Thinking about never returning. Oh by the way, they claimed that were out of dimes and nickels for proper change, so I could not get my correct change.

Not exactly sure who is managing the place now but the quality of this store has gone down significantly. While the food is fine and subpar at best, the staff is nice but seems utterly miserable beneath the new owner. Not to mention I had seen one of the older men working at the store pick up food from underneath the grates and just throw it back onto the pizza! I could write an essay on how unsanitary and just plain gross this store is. Do not come here!

I wish 0 stars was an option. Emma and Larry were working. I ordered online at 6 show up at 630 and the doors locked open light is off. Got Larry’s attention. They didn’t even start making my order. I then waited 45 minutes, had to ask them to stop arguing and make my food. Emma then made me a Chicago style pizza with the wrong ingredients. I had to tell her it was wrong. They also charged me for the wrong pizza

I went to get a pizza from Papa Murphys in Tomah. I arrived at 645, online and door says open until 7pm.
The door is locked and open sign is off, the lights are on and 2 employees I see in the back. 1 ducked, the other came out and saw me sitting, he just turned off the lights and did not come to say thru had to close early or apologize. New ownership and service is not what it used to be!
