I have been getting Papa Murphy’s pizzas from this location for years. I have encountered very few mistakes, and the pizzas are always great. We tried the garlic knots this weekend, and they were outstanding, but we miss the cheese wheel cheese bread. Their location is conveniently close to Holmen residents near the city. I like buying their pizzas, picking them up, and throwing them in the oven when I’m ready. I don’t need to schedule a time to order and be home for the pizza immediately. I will say their prices are starting to creep up towards other pizza chains. Thankfully, you can often find coupon codes online for discounts at Papa Murphy’s.

Ordered a family half and half pizza. 1 half Mediterranean add mushrooms and green onions. Other half all meat add green onions. Well… the all meat half was good. But for some reason they LOADED green Olives instead of green onion on the Mediterranean half. For people that don’t like green Olives, green Olives have a very strong taste. So picking them off didn’t do it justice. The receipt says green onion. Like idk what he was looking at trying to make this pizza. And I gave a tip. Can’t eat half of my $30 pizza…

Personable employees. I really appreciate having a Papa Murphy’s so close to my work. It makes it an easy choice when I want to bring something home that’s easy to cook. They could use some music in there. Even a radio would really liven the place up.

I did get a reply to my review, but it was pretty clearly written by a bot. If my feedback is going to be acknowledged, I’d really prefer it come from a real person, like a manager, who actually works with the staff and sees what’s going on in the store, not just a generic algorithm.

We recently received new management at our Holmen, WI location and they are awesome! They make the best pizzas, are always friendly and the pizzas are made right!! If you had a bad experience at this location previously you need to give them another try because you won’t regret it! Keep up the good work! The only thing we would like to see changed is green olives added to the online menu and turkey pepperoni!

Someone needs to explain why every time Jim takes an order, the purchase price is much higher than online after tax. Tonight, a stuffed crust cheese pizza was said to be 17.36 when online it is 13.99 plus .77 tax, and we still only got a 1.28 back when we paid with a 20. Seems sketchy to me. Plus, I’m pretty sure this pizza is not papa Murphys standard. This store is off the rails, and someone needs to police the terrible customer service and what appears to be theft.

I ordered ahead online at 1:00pm for a 4:00pm pickup. I arrived at 4:45pm and there were several people in the store waiting for their online orders and very few online orders completed. My order was laying in an unorganized pile of tickets they had yet to get to. The staff didn’t acknowledge anybody in the store or the people coming in. They just continued to make pizzas grabbing whatever order from the pile without asking who was actually there waiting.

I needed to order 10 family size pizzas for a family gathering. I was so impressed with the manager, Brie, and asst. manager, Stevie! They were very professional and helpful on the phone and suggested ways to help me money on the choices of pizzas that I ordered by suggesting specials that I wasn’t aware of, prior. They had the order ready a few hours in advance of when I needed to pick it up. Excellent customer service!

Worst location in the area. Poor quality on food made. As you can see, that’s supposed to be a pumpkin pizza and the monkey bread is half empty with just a big blob of bread not separated. Little effort put into their work and hard to get ahold of someone for refund for subpar service.

Ordered pizza online drove there waited for half hour. No sign saying closed. Had to drive to onalaska to get a pizza. And pay again.
