I haven’t been to Papa Murphy in years. The last 2 weeks I have gone there for Tuesday $10, any large pizza. Its a great deal. The employees are super nice. This stuffed pizza was only $10.

The store employee in Wisconsin Rapids, I believe her name is Nakala, always does an amazing job! She is personable and knows what she’s doing. And she’s quick! I have had the pleasure of her waiting on me and every time she’s done great. And the food’s not bad, either. Love the calzones.

The employee at the drive-thru was friendly and courteous. However, the pizza had a large unshredded chunk of cheese, as if someone had started shredding it, dropped the piece, and never came back to finish the job. I had to manually spread the ingredients myself, even though the pizzas hadn’t been tipped or shaken during transport. There were also no seasonings on the pizza, which made it taste very bland—something that’s not typical for Papa Murphy’s.

Not happy with the app. I ordered through the app and did not see the cowboy pizza, I thought they discontinued it. I googled it then was rerouted back to the app for ordering. This should be an ordering option easily found for ordering. Please fix the apps ordering options.

Placed an order and was to be picked up at 4:03 pm. My husband got there and had to wait an hour, backed up with orders. Then he saw my ticket had been moved back AGAIN and was told it would be another hour!!! Asked for my money back. Being Valentines you’d think that they’d have more help. My husband also noticed how the counters were not clean! Very disappointed!

Food, service and atmosphere were great. Staff greeted me as soon as I walked in. The place was clean. Food is always wonderful. But the reason for the 4 star overall was because the app sort of sucks. It lags so bad, literally waiting about 45 seconds between each click just for it to select and move on.

Used to love this pizza. We almost got one every week. But got a pizza yesterday and brought it back and said there’s no sausage. I was told it’s just ground sausage now and that was a permanent thing. It’s awful….let me know when you bring the other sausage back.
