I went here on 1/13/26, a date that I will never forget. Not pleased, to say the least. Horrible wait, made even worse by the older dark haired lady running around shouting at everyone. We have been going here for years now, it was the first place my dearest Eugene and I went together as a couple after we first married back in ‘97, and it has been on a constant decline ever since. This was once a respectable place with lovely employees and great food. But now, I do not think I will ever return. The other employees seemed perturbed by this behavior which made the whole atmosphere and everyone waiting terribly uncomfortable. I felt so bad I wanted to tip the cashier, especially the lovely young gentleman who assisted me, but I just couldn’t stand the idea of giving extra money to such an uncomfortable place. I was in such distress that I urgently had to use the bathroom, and when I tried to sit down to relieve myself, there was black mold lining the toilet. Not to mention the turd left in the toilet, which appeared plugged. I tried flushing many times, which you should thank me for because I think I flushed down most of your black mold problem, but was still left with a turd that simply would not go down. I am beyond perplexed as to how such a place might still be operating. Furthermore, on many occasions, not even to mention the paradoxicality of it all, there has been a girl with dyed hair who seems quite out of it and is sporting alarmingly irritated red eyes. Like I said, this used to be such a respectable place; however, in recent times, much to my deepest rooted sadness, I just cannot bring myself to stand foot in this establishment anymore, hell it’s hard to even think about that restaurant. My grandbabies recently asked to go here. I had to decline. I could not subject my grandbabies to such an environment. I would like to thank Papa Murphy’s for the many great years I had there, but the recent years provoke nothing to thank.

First I will start with, we’ve been visiting this store for over 10yrs and normally have a great experience. However on 12/23/25 I ordered online , I did not tip online, I believe a tip should happen after a good job is done. Walked in to pick up our pizza, my wife went over to the tip jar and put $2 in the jar. The employee who was going to give us our pizza noticed this and looked down at our pizza looked at my wife and said “I’m going to make you a new one”. And he did. When my wife looked at our new pizza vs the first one and there was a substantial difference between the 2. This is very concerning to me. So if I don’t tip online, I get a different version of pizza ? Or possibly what else are they going to do to my pizza?

Ordering online was very easy. I also like the idea of being able to go through the drive-thru to pick up my order. The staff was very nice and the pizza was awesome!

We always order a pizza on Tuesdays. We try to call early afternoon. If we call after 4 pm, we have trouble getting someone to answer the phone!! It rings but no one answers!! Today, after several attempts to order by phone to no avail, I tried to order online. The site is not the easiest to navigate which causes a lot of frustration. I wanted to ask a few questions before ordering because of a few issues we had with the last 2 pizzas we ordered. The thin crust seemed to have a hole in it. Has the thin crust changed? We had this problem before, maybe a year or more ago & were told they changed the recipe. But after asking about it then the problem seemed corrected. Now it’s happening again!! But the pizza today, the thin crust was OK. I just wish the phone would be answered when we call. If it’s so busy on Tuesdays that the phone can’t be answered, maybe extra help should be added to that day!! The frustration it causes may make me order from another pizza place. Please correct this issue!!!

Very disappointed, ordered online on 7/20 and I did not receive what I had ordered. I requested creamy red sauce which is creamy garlic sauce and traditional red sauce and got just creamy garlic. I received no topping cheese either. I also purchased 2 additional marinara with my cheesy bread and The girl working the window tried to tell me that I just get 2 not 3, even though one was included. Again very disappointed in this location.

I won’t change my review but I’ll recommend that when picking up a pizza you double check the toppings. A few times a specialty pizza will be order and extras added when ordering. The pizza will then somehow be misinterpreted and made with only the extra toppings. Not a bad fix if still in store but when you’ve arrived home already.
