I made a mistake entering my order online. I chose green onions instead of green olives. The staff fixed the issue immediately with no charge even though the mistake was totally my fault. They were VERY kind about it too. Great experience and will definitely return! Kudos to the employees!

I was very impressed with the service I received. The young man working on the night of Saturday May 17th right before close, he was extremely kind, considerate and patient. I had called a short time before they closed and he made sure I would be able to get some pizza and a few extra things, even if he had to stay a few minutes late. I don’t typically take the time to do surveys or reviews, but I felt that this guy needs to know that he really did an amazing job all around and that in itself is worth my time to do this survey. I will be back again, because of his excellent service. The food was great as well. Thank you.

I love Papa Murphy’s but this location consistently disappoints. Skimpy on toppings and make pizzas wrong consistently. Customer service is poor at best, if they make a mistake you don’t find until you get home (I.e., an ordered pepperoni pizza also has crumbled sausage all over it that you can’t just pick off) they force you to come into the store to get a refund, and then you can only get a refund “when the manager is there”. We live closer to this location but typically give the Hudson location our business for these reasons. Would love to support the closer location, but until they start making an effort, we’ll take our business to the other locations that do.

Today I ordered from DoorDash a pizza from Papa Murphy’s. It was the stuffed crust, chicken and garlic with tomato pizza. I got it and the sauce was tangy and It just tasted really bad. I called Papa Murphy’s to inform them of the situation and they just said thank you for the heads up and told me to have a nice day. So with using DoorDash and my bill came to about 45 bucks just for a pizza and a cinnamon roll. I will not go back there because I’m very upset for spending $45 and I got a rotten pizza from them. Just want you to be careful if you get pizza from there. I live not even 1 block from Papa Murphy’s here in River Falls so it’s not like the delivery driver had in her vehicle for very long

I have been coming to the river falls papa Murphy’s since it opened every Tuesday and alway was greeted with the best customer service and fast turn around for getting my pizza 15 min or less. The last 4 weeks have been far from that! They haven’t been greeting people as soon as they walk in like they use to and many times I have been waiting 3-5 minutes before they even acknowledge I’m standing there. They also haven’t been taking names any more when you order and there have been 2 times I’ve seen where there has been confusion due to that. There has only been 2 people working and they have been telling people wait times for pizza is about an hour and i have seen numorous people walk out due to that but wait times have been about a half an hour when I have been told an hour. Very dissapointed with their organization as well tonight as I saw 2 people who placed their order after myself walk out with their pizza before me. Stopping to pick up a pizza was always a highlight to my week but now I am almost dreading walking in there. I am not sure if they changed ownership but I hope they change things around soon.
