We have ordered the same thin crust, mushroom and mixed onion pizza from the Monona, WI and until recently have been pleased with the product. The last two pizza’s however, were very light on cheese and sauce. I don’t know if this is a change in the measured weight of cheese per pizza or specific to a change in Friday staff. Staff are pleasant and I have no issues with them. The pizza’s, as noted, have not been as generous as before with toppings.

The female employee working today was so pleasant and helpful! She greeted me immediately and was eager to help. We made the pizzas tonight for dinner and they are probably the best Papa Murphys pizzas we’ve ever had. Evenly proportioned toppings and sauce. It’s refreshing to go into a food place and feel valued as a customer.

So I ordered a pizza off of the app.
I was charged $15 for a pizza That should’ve been one dollar. The lady I talked to over the phone went back-and-forth at me and eventually said she will just process the refund. I told her I will not get the pizza and we’ll take the refund.
It’s been almost 2 weeks and I have no refund on my card so I paid $15 for a pizza that I never received then I was supposed to receive for 1 dollar
I called again today and once again she took my information down and said somebody will get back to me, but it’s been two weeks and nobody has contacted me back yet. This is insane.

Ordered a $10 large 5-topping pizza. 2 of the toppings weren’t on the pizza. Another 2 were barely there. I had to really search to find any mushrooms and the giant pepperoni was enough to barely cover half of a pizza. I know at $10 for a large is not a money-maker, but if it is offered, it should be respected.

I had a wonderful experience this past week! The manager and workers were so friendly and helpful! I had asked for a half/half stuffed pizza (I’m new to all this!) and they were so attentive and did a great job. We also loved their 2 for $10 specials and had a wonderful dinner. The kids and the entire fam loved it!

Once you learn how to cook it, this is a great tasting pizza! We use an air oven on bake @ 430 degrees for ~20 minutes, but always keep an eye on it until you figure it out for your preference.

I’ve called five to six times and they gave me the run around. The manager is never there to help. I spend my hard on money for delivery when I ordered through the app.. no one wanted to help they kept saying the manager would call me back and nothing. I even put in two messages through the website and nothing…$40 dollars down the drain with no help
