We order here frequently. I accedentally ordered a pizza online from a different PM store in Cottage Grove. The owner was at the store helping out. He was understanding and and very helpful. He owns the other store I accidentally ordered from, too. He personally made me the medium one-topping pizza for me and called the other store to explain the situation.

I purchased a pizza from Papa Murphy’s and the pan started on fire in my oven. Upon returning to the store with the burnt pizza, as their management requested, I was told it was not their error, and that it must have been my fault that I cooked the pizza at too high temperature, or my oven was dirty -neither of which is true. They refused to refund me or remake the pizza.
I do not recommend this Papa Murphy’s location, unless you like being of accused of being wrong and that the fire that erupted in your oven was your own fault.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This pizza is going straight into the trash, and we’re done ordering from here forever. We ordered the stuffed chicken bacon pizza with creamy garlic sauce and got a complete disaster: red sauce AND garlic sauce, plus huge chunks of onion when we specifically asked for none. When we called to ask about it, they insisted that’s how it’s made, even though we’ve ordered this exact pizza for years and the website clearly lists the ingredients. Unbelievable

No sauce on two of the pizzas we ordered. We ordered all 4 with red sauce. This has happened at multiple locations so idk what is up with that, something with their documentation? It stings that this has become a consistent problem with this restaurant chain. We love the fact that they have options for no dairy cheese, and the take and bake aspect helps with planning.

We placed an online order for pickup when we were done with work. I stopped in to grab our pickup order and added some extra appetizer and dessert items. The Papa Murphys staff we’re incredibly kind and helpful and even advise me to grab an extra side option for a bundle discount which I was not aware of previously. For being a chain store, the pizza is always consistent and delicious and I always look forward to when we place another order!
