Never had such bad service in sauk papa Murphy’s.. i called 5 or more times to order take out and no answer had to drive 11 miles to place a order and the people working the desk were rude and got my order wrong.. no tomatoes tomatoes on the side.. was loaded with tomatoes.. and they still ignored the phone.. just wow.. you dont want to do your job then quit

I love this place!! We ordered a pizza, came a little early to pick it up, and boy were they busy. There was a younger gentleman and older lady working, and even when the customer in front of us was unprepared, asking a ton of questions, the phone was ringing, the line was growing, this young man was so patient and polite with this older customer. They worked incredibly fast, and tho we did have to wait a little bit for our order, those 2 employees worked hard and fast, and most importantly, they were polite and wonderful with EVERY guest!! Hope their manager and/or owner reads these reviews, because those two employees were awesome and deserve some recognition from the boss!!

I called to place an order for pick-up and the lady that answered the phone was very rude. It was a last minute decision to order from there and I was on my way home when I decided to go with them for dinner tonight. She told me 45 minutes to an hour before my pizza would be ready. I asked if there was any way to get it sooner as I was about 2 minutes away. She said well you should have ordered it hours ago then. I said sorry last minute decision. She then proceeded to tell me that if people would stop calling and coming into the store they might be able to get the pizza made. If you are going to talk to customers this way don’t work in customer service.

I had a misunderstanding, I’ve never been to a take and bake place, so I had to have my hotel cook it for me, but the pizza itself was amazing and such a great price for it as well! The store was very clean and felt open and welcoming, and the workers were polite and pleasant! I wish I had one back home that I could order from because I would definitely be a repeat customer!
