Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a Papa Murphys. Employees were high and incompetent at making pizzas. I ordered one medium pizza and when I went in to pick up the pizza the store was not busy. Upon picking up the pizza I noticed the dough was barely coming up the side of the tray in certain spots. Only one third of the pizza has crust. I asked if I could get a new one made and the worker told me he can’t give me a new pizza because of that. No apology nor explanation was given. Absolutely disappointed with the terrible service.

Cashier was extremely rude and was yelling at me because I searched at the a – e side of take out cart.(last name starts with a B). He demanded that I go to the other side & read the name on receipts. I asked him not to yell at me. Our pizza was not there & went back to check the a – e side again and he came over with a very intimidating demeanor. I told him why I searched the side he did not want me on, (b side) & he finally asked for our last name and found our pizza in the refrigerator. He yelled if you didn’t find the pizza ordered, on the cart, I should ask. He didn’t give me a chance to ask.
Rude on every level.

I love the pizza here. But the last two times I have been in, workers who are teenage boys have being weird and shouting at me for my attention, like cat calling. This behavior is unacceptable. Teach your sons how to treat women properly, and teach your employees basic human respect and decency, please.

Tried to place an order through the app but had trouble, so I walked into this location to order in-person. The older lady at the counter was unbelievably condescending and rude, while the younger employee stood by doing nothing. Not only were they not helpful, but they made me feel stupid and unwelcome. After several condescending remarks from the older female employee, we left without ordering. What an absolutely horrible place – I won’t be back.

I went to this location and ordered a FAMILY(16”) stuffed Chicago style pizza with bacon and paid $27. After I got home with my pizza I noticed it looked kind of small, so I measured it and it came out to 14”. This is the second time this has happened at this specific location. I tried calling them for 2 days as I live about 40 minutes from this location and no answer. After the 3rd day of calling they finally answer and they told me the 14” pizza is in fact a family size. I’ve been getting pizza from Papa Murphy’s for a long time at other locations that are now closed down, I always order the same pizza and it’s always been 16”. I tried to tell them this and they hung up on me. I called them back and asked to speak to the manager and they were making it seem like the phone was breaking up saying the manager isn’t available at this time. They continued to tell me that the 14” is a family size, which I know for a fact it is not. I have a photo of the pizza still wrapped up with a tape measure on top of it showing it’s 14”, I also have the receipt in the photo showing that I ordered a family size. All I wanted was either a partial refund or maybe money off on our next order from there, but after this experience I’m not sure if I want to even go back. No wonder there’s so many Papa Murphy locations going out of business in my area.

Great food, interesting pickup experience. When I placed my order online it said to pickup at 6:50 which was fine as store closed at 7pm. I was there at 6:53p and the signs were all off, doors locked, and the employees were cleaning up. I knocked and the young man shook his head no at me. I yelled through the glass that I’d like my pizza ordered online and fully paid for or a refund before I left. He nodded, unlocked the door and handed me my pizza. Food 5 stars, service 1. I don’t ever post 1 star reviews as this is a small business in difficult employment times but I’m my experience the store closes when the sign states, especially for a take and bake.

This location offers the best distribution of toppings on pizzas that I have ever seen! Plentiful toppings, evenly distributed across the pizzas and all the way to the edges! Thank you!
The only downfall is that not all menu items are “available” at all locations in the app. The app features the new Tuscan Chicken & Sausage — a great combo when ordered in Appleton, WI area. Too bad the Milwaukee area stores don’t even list this choice in the app!?! 🙁
