I typically have no complaints with papa Murphy’s as my family and I normally enjoy a pizza from this restaurant almost once a week. However this is very very disappointing, for how expensive this is I usually have no problem paying for it as the food is good. But I pay for pizza not dough, or a calzone. Very very disappointing.

Always my go to for take and bake over the last 10 years. I came here New Years Eve at 3pm trying to get here early because I figured it would be busy. I ordered 2 Family Sized Cowboys and was told they were out of mushrooms. No discount, still the same price. When you add toppings the price goes up, but when the store is out of a topping on a ‘signature pizza’ there is no price break. I usually would never complain, but these pizzas are $22 apiece. Which brings me to my next point, the consistency from one pizza to the next was terrible. For a $22 pizza…the toppings were sprinkled on so sparingly.
There were bare spots for not only cheese, but sauce as well. I watched them make each pizza and didn’t want to complain as there were other customers in the store
I had to go to Pick-n-Save (which is in the same parking lot) and buy mushrooms and an extra bag of cheese to save my pizzas.
Very dissatisfied.

We have been going to this Papa Murpheys for a long time as our location in Muskego closed down. Today I walked in to pick up my pizza and they were very busy, which is a good thing! I noticed that I was missing a cinnamon wheel from my to go order, I feel like if something is missing and there should be a note as I’ve already paid for this. I proceeded to go up to the counter to alert them asking if I had been refunded the young man working there was very rude and condescending with me, then directed me to get my refund at the cash register where I’m assuming somebody new Was working. Not only was this employee rude to me, but also to his fellow employee who wasn’t sure and need directions.
I don’t feel like walking into an establishment after working my own full-time job to be schooled rudely by someone quite much younger than me in front of many people Waiting for their pizza. I was not rude. I was simply asking questions because I had paid for something that was not in my order. I also feel like If you’re looking to keep staff, your current staff should be a little bit more mindful the way that they talk to each other, If you’re looking to keep employees, especially in this day and age.

Do not order the salad. It was extremely small and contained many pieces of brown lettuce. Had it cost $2, it might have been an acceptable value, but at the price charged it was not.
The pizza was also disappointing—the crust didn’t extend to the edge of the tray, which was very noticeable and gave the impression of carelessness.
When we picked up the pizza and salads, the store was not busy at all, which makes the poor quality and lack of attention even more surprising. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Unhappy with both the food and the service, and absolutely not worth the money.

Ordered food online. 3 pizzas for company coming to watch the National Championship. Cooked per instructions. Literally the grossest crust I’ve ever had. Looks and finishes like a noodle?! Seriously upper management what are you thinking! This isn’t a person making the pizza problem, it’s an upper management level decision to skimp on quality to maximize profits. Your company used to be a go to. Now on the list of where to avoid! $56 worth of pizza I cook myself and a $10 coupon made this a little less painful. The poor employees paying the price for the company’s lack of quality control. Do better! Very disappointing!

Not sure what is happening with the New Berlin location. The quality of the pizzas have not been great, constantly out of items even though we ordered it, and the staff is not very friendly. Always given promise to refund in a few days, but have not seen a credit. Today we ordered cheese bread but they were out, paid online. We shall see if we get credited.

Very poor experience today with the New Berlin Papa Murphy’s location. I ordered three items online and when I arrived to pick up my order only one item was available. The cinnamon wheel was not ready because the dough wasn’t ready and the soda is no longer sold yet is still available to order online. I switched out the side but was told I’d have to be refunded for the soda which could take 2-3 days (and hopefully it is truly refunded). The young girl was kind and apologetic, however when I got home my pizza wasn’t correct either.

Dear Papa Murphy’s Customer Service,

I am reaching out to formally express my frustration and disappointment regarding an unresolved issue with your location. Over two weeks ago, we placed and paid for an online order at your store, only to arrive and find the store unexpectedly closed with a notice citing staffing issues. The notice stated that all pre-paid orders would be refunded.
Unfortunately, we have not received any refund, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter—via phone calls (unanswered), leaving a review, and requesting corporate follow-up—we have been completely ignored.

This experience has left us feeling not only dismissed, but effectively robbed of our money for a product we never received.

We are asking for:
A full refund of our online order.
An explanation for the delay and lack of communication.
Assurance that this issue is being escalated and resolved immediately.

If this matter is not resolved within 5 business days, we will be left with no choice but to file a dispute with our credit card provider and report the incident to the Better Business Bureau.

We have supported Papa Murphy’s for years, but this experience has been unacceptable.

The store was clean. The young man who appeared to be working alone was extremely friendly and accommodating.

Ordered a Chicken Bacon Artichoke on thin crust and a Murphy’s Combo on thin. Instead, we got a completely different pizza…looked like chicken garlic and both came on regular crust. Pretty disappointing since the store wasn’t busy. Hoping this was just an off night, but accuracy really matters. Also, when did the $10.99 pizzas on Tuesdays end??
