Ordered a pan style cowboy pizza add green onions, we got a regular crust cheese and green onion pizza. I called the store immediately and the girl who answered the phone had no clue what she was doing. Took my info said she would have the manager call me the next day. Never heard anything back. Definitely won’t be ordering here again.

Service has been iffy the last couple years. I understand its probably hard to get good help. I put an order in with a 541 pickup time. Got there 543 and was told it was going to be a while. Left at 620 with the receipt since the employee didn’t know how to do a refund. Put an order in at Dominoes and it was ready in less than 15 minutes. Now I have to go back to get a refund. The employee was apologetic but needed experienced support that wasn’t there. Poor girl.

The service was so bad I am not giving them any stars. It would give negative 100 stars if it let me. Never in my life have I seen 2 girls move so slow. I was inside 25 minutes for 1 pepperoni pizza and cookie dough. And there was 1 person waiting for their pizzas when I walked in. Another lady ordered online, came in for her calzones, had waited 15 minutes before coming and waited another 10. And there was no orders in front of her but mine. And one girl would only cheers and sauce. She wouldn’t put any toppings on. I will never go there again. Wow!!! That’s all I can say. No motivation, no urgency, no brains.

When going online to place an order I noticed I had an award in my account!! After trying a number of times to use the coupon online, I could not get the reward to go through. So I decided to just drive over there and place the order, thinking they can help me with the rewards and apply it in the store. I told the employee what was happening, he said okay, let’s place your order and put your number in so we can see what is going on. He saw that I had the reward in my account on his end, however he was having the same problem getting it to go through. So I assumed since he saw that it was there and there was some glitch, he would still give me the free cheese bread. NOPE! He told me to try it again the next time I order a pizza. I told him the offer expires in a week, I doubt I will be ordering another pizza in the coming week. His response was SORRY!

Pizza was good. Ordered a garden salad and when I got home, I noticed the date was ripped off of the wrapper. It must have been expired and they wanted to sell it to me anyways instead of making a new one. Nicely done Papa Murphy’s.
