Chain outlet offering build-your-own takeaway pizzas, to be cooked at home.

It was easy to order and pickup — thank goodness we ordered online, the store was very busy and lots of people were waiting, but we were able to grab and go, so didn’t have to interact.
The pizza had toppings laid out nicely and consistently — a good balance and arrangement!

This place is THE WORST!!!
Try to imagine walking into a pizza place and NOT being greeted by the ONLY employee in the store, who doesn’t have a clue as to how to make proper change, who is extremely unfriendly, and who also doesn’t have a clue how to make a pizza! She never stretched the dough to the edges of the tray, skimped on the sauce, didn’t measure out the ingredients and then proceeded to pile all the toppings in the center of the pizza!!! There must have been a pound of mushrooms on it, which of course resulted in a wet soggy pizza. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. The pizza actually had a mountain of toppings in the center, which I had to reassemble when i got it home. I decided it was just a bad night, and went back a month later. Same girl (Sara, I believe) and an exact repeat of the previous visit. After the 2nd experience, I called to get the manager’s name, annd she wouldn’t even answer the phone. Avoid this place! We will be going to Saukville from here on out.

Had I known I wasn’t going to get any cheese if I ordered non dairy cheese I wouldn’t have bothered. $70 plus for two pizzas a soda, garlic bread and cinnamon bread. So far dinner sucks. Thanks for the garbage crust and no cheese.
What a joke when I still had to do the cooking.

Great value, very good pizza for the money. Can you even buy a frozen pizza for this price?

I’ve never experienced ruder service in my life. I walked in, one employee, or perhaps the owner doing everything. I placed my order and he rudely said, “What do you want?” in a nasty voice. I said I just said my order and he said, “I didn’t hear a word of what you said.” He then asked for payment, again very nasty. While he was taking care of me he was mumbling stuff under his breath about someone assaulting him….WTH? After a few minutes, my pizza is ready. I look at it and there is literally no sausage. I wasn’t going to complain, wouldn’t want to have to deal with this jerk again. Definitely won’t be back! No wonder they were not busy.

Just stopped in this afternoon to order pizza…. I have never been treated so rudely! I am not from this area, babysitting my grandkids. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes with a worker walking past me T least (5) times never saying hello etc. after looking around I saw the bell on the counter and rang it. The same guy came and asked what I wanted. I started with my order and he had so much attitude I told him he was obviously too busy for my order (which he was not) and left. Do not come here, customers do not deserve to be treated this way.

Your worker today (May 8 2:15pm) was the rudest person I have ever encountered in any business. I placed and paid/W tip (not deserved) for an order online. I walked in and it took him a bit to come to the front. He very rudely asked “what I wanted”. I told him I was there to pick up an order that was placed online. He looked behind the counter and could not find anything and then said. You have no order or you sent it to the wrong place. If a ticket doesnt come out of my box you get nothing . He was too busy doing prep-work and wanted nothing to do with helping a customer. I went back to my car looked up the receipt and went back in and told him it clearly said Grafton and that It was already paid for. He then treated me like I was absolutley stupid and I should have read the sign in the corner to pick up if it was already paid in the front rack. I then asked for his name which he refused and refused to provide the name and contact info for owner. You are not going to be in business long with this guy treating customers this way. Teriible experience and won’t be back . Look like others are having the same experience.

Supposed to bring out to car. No one answered phone ever though no customers in the store. Pizza was large with toppings and sauce for a medium.

I ordered a half and half pizza: half cheese, half pepperoni. When I picked it up, it was all pepperoni. I told the short, tattooed, blond hair women, wearing a hat, after she refused to make me a new pizza, she rudely said “you can just move the pepperoni to one side, no one’s gonna die.” My son refuses to eat meat, and when he saw that the meat touched his half of the pizza, he told me he was not going to eat it. Because of her rude actions, I decided I was not gonna take the pizza and I was gonna return it. She then, very rudely said that she can’t return the pizza and can make another one. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she is the manager, which is probably a lie. Safe to say I will not go to Papa Murphys again, she deserves a write up for the way she treats her customers. I still have the pizza and was unable to get my money back, on something I didn’t even order. I would like compensation for my troubles.

Who doesn’t like Papa Murphys right? Their pizza is usually great! My issue with this location is the customer service. A middle aged blond woman with tattoo’s was, I guess, in charge, working with one other employee when I stopped in about 640 pm. The one thing she kept telling everyone who walked through the door and everyone that called in on the phone was “they were about to close and she wasn’t sure if she could fit their pizza in.” Gimme a break! As a customer I don’t care whether the store is almost closed. The hours said open til 7 and that’s all I know as a customer. That kind of language from an employee is absolutely unacceptable. A customer should feel welcome. Getting out on time seemed to be her only concern. Not me as a customer by any means or my experience. Then a mistake with the credit card transaction was made, and they couldn’t tell if the transaction went through. She told me to check my bank statement to see if I was charged or not. I thought that peculiar but did it anyway. I asked her if I did get double charged by mistake, could I bring my receipt back to be reimbursed if that happened. She told me I’d have to “dispute it with my bank.” Are you kidding? This place definitely needs to get some new employees that actually care about customer service. It’s a shame. Too much competition for pizza in cedarburg/grafton area to be treated like a nuisance.
