I will never eat at another Papa Murphys again. After witnessing how disrespectful the manager is at the mount vernon road location, I just can’t fathom giving them another dime. The lack of professionalism when interacting with the public as well as the employees is simply mind blowing. Their upper management should probably do a better job during the hiring process, especially when it comes to management.

I love grabbing a couple pizzas on Tuesday can’t beat the deals. But Wednesdays are my favorite. The two gentlemen that close have great energy and are fast! Kirsten the manager is great as well. Love this location. Always fast, fresh, and great service!

The two girls running the shop tonight were quick and helpful. I’ve written off PM for a long time but the pizza is great! Good customer service and a tidy shop. All told, we were there no more than 10 minutes with a few folks in front of us. Very quick. I LOVE the gourmet veggie pizza. It’s basically everything veg but the sink plus cheese and galic sauce. It’s absolutely delicious. The veggies are fresh and good quality so that they’re quite flavorful.

When I walked in, the two young men were busy. I waited at the counter for one to free up and take my order. One young man walked over and just looked at me. No greeting, nothing. I waited. He then says, what do you want. Not, may I take your order, how many I help you. I said see ya and left. He may be having a bad day but that is not my problem. Will spend my money elsewhere.
