Ordering ahead is nearly pointless at this location. Every time we come when we have an order ahead placed for a certain time, it is never done. We had to wait an additional almost 20 minutes for our order to be ready, which is ridiculous when ordering ahead hours before. Love their pizzas and food but the wait time and customer service does not make it worth it unfortunately.

I realize today was Halloween and everyone under the sun wanted a jack o latern pizza. However , the rudeness of today’s staff was absolutely uncalled for. I was a walk in. I was told it would be an hour before my order could be ready. I still wanted to order then the girl behind the counter said ,” oh no I meant 90 minutes to 2 hours .” Now seriously , 2 hours for two chicken pizzas is ridiculous. It was 4pm. If they didn’t want to take on house orders then they should’ve locked the door. When I left two other people left as well, stating the girls were rude.
Also , screaming at Ethan or Evan whatever his name is ,to come wrap the pizzas was absolutely uncalled for. He should’ve walked out for being treated so rudely. Seems unlikely id visit this location again. Probably gonna escalate this complaint to.

I love this store! Never really tried Papa Murphy’s but after the first time I was really impressed. Always clean and the ladies making the pizzas are always kind! My favorite place if I want super fresh pizza at home

Typically do not leave bad reviews but I am astound at this. The posted hours are 8:00PM. We paid for an online order for pick up at 6:50PM, wait time was 30 minutes. We got there at 7:15PM and another person had pulled in at the same time, they pulled on the door and it was locked, then we pulled on the door and it was locked. I saw two people in the kitchen area so I knocked on the door, they looked over then moved out of eye view. I stood there for another 5 minutes, they peaked around the corner then I knocked again. After another 5 minutes I pounded on the door then took a picture of the time & posted hours to call corporate to get a refund. THEN one of the kids opened the door and asked what he can do for us, I said hey we have an online pick up order. He goes to the counter where you can see 5 other online tickets and said “ope didn’t see this” proceeds to pull pizza dough out and slam it on the counter, almost pissed that we came to pick up a pizza we paid for . He started stating he missed the online order because he was busy trying to clean up and I said well do you normally close almost an hour before the posted hours? He told me it was due to short staffing, even though there were two people working….. if you’re short staffed, why are online orders still able to be placed to the location? Why don’t you have a temporary sign on the door stating why you’re closed an hour before the posted online hours? Not trying to assume anything, but the situation just doesn’t make sense from a business standpoint. I definitely will be calling corporate as we’ve had issues with online orders before at this location. Hopefully the other people who placed online orders are able to get refunds for their items, as he locked the door right after we left with our order.

We got home, made the pizza and noticed it didn’t have all the toppings it was supposed to.
We ordered one of the speciality chicken taco grande pizzasOnline it states it should have the below ingredients:
Grilled Chicken, Roma Tomatoes, Mixed Onions, Black Olives, Cheddar, Taco Seasoning, Whole-Milk Mozzarella, and Refried Beans and Salsa
It did NOT have refried beans OR salsa, and they used regular marinara/pizza sauce.
Hoping leaving the review will help make management aware of these issues and fix them, as this isn’t the first bad review left for them.

Ordered on the app. The estimated time for pickup was provided at order completion. To my surprise the order was ready at the exact time provided! (Very rare for most places)
