The app said my order would be ready at 5:30 pm. I have waited for an hour now. It is still not done. I only ordered two pizzas. Bad management! I would expect compensation in the form of a refund or very good coupons. I’ll let you know if they provide honest compensation for their failure.

I picked out so much bad lettuce from the salad I paid $8 for. I know lettuce wilts quickly but to serve this is unacceptable, especially since I ordered it made to order. Never again.

2 people working at 4.30 on a Tuesday. Wouldn’t even acknowledge customers coming in. Just snail pace making pizza. 8 people in front of us waiting for their order to be taken. They wouldn’t even look up! Looks like a great management opportunity!

I tried to give this store another chance. I don’t like to complain, but this store has gone downhill lately. I truly hope things improve, my family and I love Papa Murphy’s. But it will be unlikely that we return to this location after the past few orders over the last few weeks. lack of ingredients, dough etc. Sad to see this location decline. I want to give a high praise to the young man that was working December 8th at the New Albany Indiana outlet, even under immense pressure during a extremely busy time, he was professional and courteous even though several of his customers were not, I do not know his name, but he should be rewarded for his courtesy and professionalism during a very high stress situation. Young Man, you are a stellar example of what customer service is all about. Very good job.

I’m not sure if this company is under new ownership. I used to attend this place atleast once, sometimes twice a week. I won’t be returning. I’ll take by business elsewhere. This place has gone down hill in the last month. Product quality is terrible, slimy tomatoes and green peppers. Hopefully things can turn around. I’ll be going to Corydon until this is fixed. Please do better.
