Last week, I visited Papa Murphy’s to order one of their specials. The staff member informed me that they were out of the dough for the size I requested and only had the extra-large option. After inquiring, he kindly offered to discount the larger pizza to make it more affordable. I appreciated his politeness and willingness to accommodate my request. As a result, I’ll definitely be returning to this Papa Murphy’s. The food was delicious, and the service was even better. Thank you once again for your politeness and for providing a pleasant dining experience.

Used to be good,but now I don’t think these employees pay attention if the order is customized or not. 2 times in a row,I asked for no bacon on my stuffed pizza, but yet I got home and after it’s all baked,there’s bacon all over it. I don’t think I’ll be going back to that store.
UPDATE: 02/18/2025: came back here thinking it might gotten better, same exact issue, I placed an order online, customized one pizza to take off the bacon, got to the store to pick it up, they were still working on my pizza, the girl on the register did mention to the one making my pizza, saying the pizza is MINUS BACON. got home,which is about 45 mins away and still had bacon all over it. I mean how hard is it to read and know what customer is ordering there. This is ridiculous.

NO CHEESE??!!!
Ordered 2 pizzas online. When we arrived they said they had been OUT OF CHEESE FOR HOURS. No one bothered to call and tell us. Employees were apologetic but slow to process refund. Seemed like they just wanted to make excuses and chat with rather than issue refund promptly.

Love, love, love the pizza! Had a little difficulty ordering on line, but I got it and will be better next time. Also love that I can bake it at home and it’s fresh when we finally find time to sit down and eat it.

I would give it five stars. But occasionally my toppings aren’t my always spread out. I guess it depends on whose working there that day when I order. But usually everything is made right. The people there are nice. One even remembers my name. Mikayla is a very sweet and friendly person.

You guys are awesome. The pizza was great. I haven’t had one that good in a minute!!!! Papa, you should be proud. And, people tip these guys good, they work really hard. When I say good, I mean 10.00 to 20.00 a pop!!!! Greenwood, Indiana store I was there Memorial Day weekend they were slammed. They need a raise Papa!!!!

Atmosphere should not be an attribute in a carry out store. Easy to park, clean, welcoming and such is the better description. (which it IS) Food, quality and service is GREAT.

Walked in to store at 1p on a Saturday and no one was there. Lock and up say you’re closed if you’re not going to be open.

The service and their staff is great… but everytime we’ve visited since their reopening, the pizza ends up so soggy and greasy with too-done edges. I’m not sure if they changed their ingredients, or what has happened. I’ve baked according to the instructions, and varied temps and times to see if it was just my oven. The level of grease is just gross though no matter what i do, even patting it dry doesn’t work because it is soaked through.
