This company should be ashamed of itself for not staffing their locations with more than one employee! This poor employee was buried in orders and walk in customers! It’s unsafe to work alone and unfair to the staff! This guy worked his butt off to get the customers waiting their pizza! You need to do better Papa Murphy’s!! A+ to this employee!

This was my first time. I believe his name was Jess. He was amazing. Jess was in the store all by himself he was knocking out at least 2 orders at a time. The people before me had a nice size order that was 2 lg stuffed pizza and a few other things. I had questions due to this being my first time going to Papa Murphy’s. Mr. Jess was so nice and helpful. I even ordered the wrong pizza. Mr. Jess fixed it with no problem. I was in and out in about 20 min. Who could ask for a better service? I hope Papa Murphys treat him well. Mr. Jess gave me excellent service and pizza. My family can not wait for us to come back. This seasoning is really good. We will be back. Papa Murphys will give some big chains a run for their money. GREAT PIZZA

I literally just left Aug 12th @ 6:48 and NOT ONLY did the long hair guy have a problem changing his gloves after going from making pizza to pushing things on the computer screen ( helping a co worker )to grabbing a paper and pen to write Told me to
remind him when he gets to my pizza and he will change his gloves and goes right back to making pizza( as if the gloves didn’t Contaminate all the other ingredients because he never changed his gloves) after waiting 45 mins I received the wrong pizza. I’m VERY DISSATISFIED VERY UNPLEASED

I ordered a Large Pan Pizza with sausage and onion. It was delicious! And I love that they put the cheese on, then toppings, then more cheese! I like being able to take it home and cook it so it’s piping hot when I take it out of the oven. The staff are so pleasant and made my pizza just as ordered. Great staff, service, prices and most of all, great pizza.
