pizza and staff good. Online ordering is terrible, for it automatically charges a tip, even if one clicks no tip. Unless one strolls to the BOTTOM of the website BEFORE entering payment information which is placed above the section on tips. Papa Murphy’s should just pay the staff more and move to a better wage scale.

Love the Tuesday $10 special offer. That’s what brings us back. Also, when the staff changes the ingredients shrink, are stable or excessive. The same young man has made our last three “stable” ones. Hate it when a rookie skimps on toppings, drives us to other pizza chains.

Food is always great tasting and everyone is always helpful. Just remember you can’t use online coupons in store. They have to be used online only. Currently this location is only doing online orders due to supply shortages.

I love that the everything is made fresh daily and you can take it home and bake it yourself. The young people that work there have very good manners and they’re always very courteous when you walk in which is very refreshing to still see in young people

If I could leave a zero star, trust me, I would. The level of pure incompetence in this location is UNREAL! This evening, I ordered online, and AGAIN, they mess up my order, like always. Not only did they not put the banana peppers I ordered on my pizza, not only is the topping distribution completely horrendous, but they didn’t even give my family member picking up my order the cinnamon wheel I ordered. So I drove 20 minutes back, like always, because it’s not a Papa Murphy’s night without making two trips down there. I told the lady that was about to hand me someone else’s order that she didn’t give my family member the cinnamon wheel I paid for online. She responds that they don’t have any. So not only is this store going to not provide basic customer service and call to offer a substitute or a refund, nor offer the aforementioned DURING PICKUP, but they will just quietly steal your money hoping you won’t notice. Including a photo of one of my pizzas with 2.5″ out of a 16″ with no toppings. Not even worth it. If I wanted to drive back and forth to a pizza place I would have kept my job at Papa JOHN’S where at least my pizzas were free.

My experience on March 14, 2025 at 4:30 at the Memorial location was awesome! The staff was extremely professional yet friendly and personable. They seemed genuinely interested when an elderly patron started sharing jokes with them. The pizza was over the top delicious and had more than an adequate amount of ingredients.
