Pizza looked superb before cooking, after baking and eating the ingredients taste excellent but the dough isn’t that good. It’s harder than we expected. Overall, I am not a fan of the price-quality ratio on this. Would consider buying it again if they fixed the dough and adjusted the price to w reasonable average one. I’m still fan of the California frozen pizza when compared to this.

He was very attentive, co-operative, and went over and above in customer service! Very impressive–he needs to be training other employees in his methods–glad he was waiting on us at this time!

Ordered pizza over phone but had to be remade. Stated they have to count everything .. Lol..(I’m like every single pepperoni the girl said yes…I’m like yeah right 3oz. of cheese on a family size pizza that I already have to cook for 19.99+. Tax…Toppings were scarce never again…Whitesburg Location makes the best pizza.

Mediocre food and service. Visited late Sunday afternoon. They appeared closed except the door was unlocked. Two young girls came the back and just stood and looked at me. Finally ordered my pizza, got it home and baked it. Ugh! The worst Papa Murphy’s pizza I’ve ever had. Just a bit better than eating cardboard. Now I understand why so many of them are closing. So sad. We use to get pizza there frequently but not anymore.
