Papa Masala never disappoints us , we absolutely love this place! Everything is always fresh, clean, and clearly handmade with care. Today we ordered the spring rolls, veggie burger, paneer burger, and a spicy mojito, and every single item was delicious.

What really makes this place special is the owner. He is incredibly kind and welcoming. Even though it’s not on the menu, he offered to make nimbu pani specially for us, which was such a thoughtful gesture. His generosity and warm hospitality make the experience even better.

Highly recommend Papa Masala if you’re looking for great food and wonderful service!

This place is a hidden gem! Such good value for the food and everything is so fresh. The food had so much flavor! We ordered the spring roll, fried fish, and chicken loaded fries. The chicken was juicy and tender! The fish was lightly breaded and bursting with spices. The fish itself was also very juicy and tender, the meat would just flake off. We are definitely coming back here again and hopefully soon 🙂

Genuinely one of the best meals I’ve had eating out ever, a must try if you’re vegetarian. Instantly one of my top restaurants after the first bite, everything I had was a 10/10. The crispy paneer burger had some of the best paneer I’ve had, very flavorful and crsipy. The loaded paneer fries had a very generous potion and were delicious. The veggie burger was a very pleasant surprise, it was like a big pakora, pleasantly crispy and well spiced. The veggies on both burgers tasted really fresh too. On top of the food, the people running the truck were very nice, and the prices were unbeatable. My partner and I will definitely be coming back any time we’re in the area

Wow, we came here spontaneously while I the area and this food truck blew us away. Some of the best affordable Indian food I’ve had in ages. Better than anything in the Bellevue area. And the prices are very reasonable.

Limited but very unique menu. Most are fusion Indian street food. All items we had tasted great. Veggie loaded Masala fries and Kathi roll had very unique flavor which is very addictive. Paneer is added generously.
️ Items are on a spicier side by default but they make it less spicy on request
⏳Order usually ready in 15 minutes.
Takeout only. Very friendly staff.
️Small parking lot next to the Indian grocery store

We found this hole in the wall food truck the other week. We came back a few days later. The fish is lightly battered and perfectly fried. The bun is airy and the veggies give it a refreshing crunch. I got two. We had both kathi rolls, and the veggie fries with a mango ice cream shake the first time we visited. The kathi rolls have a nice kick with the perfect amount of spices in the marinate. The paneer fries are thick and carries great flavor as well. Shake is not too sweet or overly heavy. The owner is welcoming and engaging which was another reason why we came back. They also have Baja blast so you don’t have to go to Taco Bell for your baja cravings. Definitely give this place a try when you’re in the area. 10/10

We love the food , even our kids too . We have tried their tikki noodle burger, spring rolls, paneer panini, paneer Kathi roll, malai soya chaap, fries, everything was very delicious, pocket friendly prices. We ate all these items different days , but we love the most malai soya chaap and tikki noodle burger…

I stopped by Papa Masala Indian Food Truck today, Wednesday evening around 8 PM, and I’m so glad I finally gave it a try! I’ve heard a few things about this truck and was curious to see what all the buzz was about and it definitely delivered on flavor, friendliness, and that nostalgic Indian street food vibe.

As soon as I walked up, the guy at the window taking orders greeted me with a big smile. He was super polite, helpful, and genuinely nice, exactly the kind of customer service you hope for. Even though the food was made fresh to order, the wait time wasn’t bad at all, about 15 to 20 minutes, which is totally reasonable for a busy food truck during dinner time.

For my order, I went with their Noodle Burger and their Special Mango Shake.

✅ Mango Shake – This was the highlight of the meal! It was creamy, rich, and had that perfect mango flavor with chia seeds you’d expect from a quality Indian-style shake. Not too sweet, not too thick, just refreshing and delicious, especially for a warm summer evening.

✅ Noodle Burger – This was a really fun and unique idea. It had that street food charm—crispy noodles inside a soft bun, paired with flavorful chutneys and spices. However, I did find that the noodles themselves were a little bland and could’ve used a bit more seasoning or sauce to give it a stronger punch. Also, the bun was quite oily, which made it a little heavy to eat. But overall, the flavors were still really enjoyable and definitely reminded me of Indian snack stalls.

One thing I really appreciated is that despite being just a food truck, the quality and flavor of the food was better than a lot of well-known Indian restaurants I’ve tried in the area. It really captures the heart of Indian street-style appetizers—flavorful, casual, and comforting.

There are so many other items on the menu that caught my eye, and I’m definitely planning to come back to try more. Even though the Noodle Burger could use a few tweaks, the overall experience was very satisfying.

So if you’re looking for a fun twist on Indian street food with great customer service, Papa Masala is definitely worth a visit!
