The atmosphere is basically an old building that’s super hot inside with a couple tables and chairs off to the side in the back where it’s even hotter if you want to eat in. There are a couple tables outside as well. The service, the person I ordered from didn’t seem to really even want to say words. Just seemed to nod and maybe grunt I’m not sure. While I was waiting for my pizza and other people came in the employees that helped them didn’t really seem to want to be there. The food, I ordered a large pizza. While it was fresh, the cheese and pepperoni was pretty decent. But this has been the third time that I’ve ordered from here and the crust bottom is just a gooey mess basically, non-existent when it’s fresh. If you leave a piece or two to heat up later, then the bottom crust is like shoe leather. I don’t know how you get such a variation but I won’t be ordering from here any longer. So I can safely say I do not recommend.

Most food here is pretty good. But I’d really like to see improvement in your party trays. Way too much crust. It’s not even pizza, it’s pizza bread. $41 for a party tray that’s mostly dough is unacceptable. You can increase the quality of the product and reduce the cost by using about a quarter of the dough. Then you can make it reasonably affordable in the process.

I will never order food from here again. I thought it was a simple mistake that they messed up my food so I called there. They were on the phone so I went there later on about 9 o’clock spoke to the owner. I thought he was cool but he said I was a liar, the problem was they put American cheese on my Stromboli with maggots Cheese roll onions and the meat was not even done and then you walk around the building and you see the meat on the ground in a bucket that they’re cooking they ain’t even tried to give me a refund. He said I was a liar and I was not getting a refund. I said well I can bring you the food. I never even ate it. My dog wouldn’t even eat it. That’s how bad it was. I spent like 100 something dollars?

Orderd two slices and a soda and paid $13 ridiculous even if it were good pizza but instead I got old soggy nasty pizza! Over priced for the product they sell! Papa Luigi humble yourself!!

Used to order a lot from here and it was always good. Now food is terrible buffalo wings looked like they were microwaved and tasted weird. Mega Fries were undercooked barely any bacon way too much cheese that was practically not melted. Also ordered pizza about a month ago and it had an inch of cheese on it(not even kidding). Used to be our goto place now we will keep away.
