Probably one of the best Viet restaurants in Seattle. Very extensive menu. We ordered bbh, bún mắm, bún đậu mắm tôm, bánh xèo, and a variety of juice. Everything was delicious, flavorful, well seasoned, and greatly plated. The ambience is so cool with the decor of the Viet neighborhood feel. The staff is friendly and polite. Will definitely come back to try the rest of the dishes.

Food is always great here. The portion is just right for the price. Alcohol beverages are smooth. I definitely came back for more but I always make sure to eat a snack before because it seems like they always have one waitress/waiter during business hours. Expect to wait a while when ordering and don’t be surprised if you don’t get your drink till you are almost done with your meal. The first time I came, i had to wait till i was already 10 minutes into my meal to finally get my drink and i order the first drink when we sat down. Once the server brought me my first drink i had already told her the next drink i wanted because i knew it would also be another long wait. I didn’t get that drink in time, i was already ready to pay so i was rushed to finish it. Every time i had to remind the server for our drinks, they always said it was coming and never came till i asked the 4th time. But the food is great, i honestly love it i just wish they had more servers and would prioritize their customers needs. So far our drinks never get refilled and we never get check on by the server.

This place was so good it lowkey attacked my homesickness The decorations are beautiful and super Vietnamese, and the second I walked in they were playing “Tết này con sẽ về” so yeah… instant missing-my-mom moment. The staff were really sweet and kept asking if I needed anything, which made everything feel extra welcoming. I ordered Bún Bò Huế and wow—the broth was rich and flavorful, the beef was thick and juicy, and one bite literally teleported me back to Huế. My only tiny complaint (personal preference!) is the chopsticks—I feel like Bún Bò Huế just hits different with wooden chopsticks. The kumquat coconut drink was really good in my opinion, but let’s just say it wasn’t strong enough for my “tolerance” haha. Overall, 10/10, I’m definitely dragging my friends here next time.

Came in last night with 3 friends and had a great experience! Wasn’t to hush and got seated right away.
We first ordered some drinks and we had the lychee blossom, sweet mama sour, and big papa, favorite of the 3 was the sweet mama sour but big papa a close second!!
The menu is huge with a full vegan menu so they have something for everyone.
First we ordered the shrimp salad roll which was really fresh! Peanut sauce was great and asked for fish sauce on the side and paired well with that!
Crab Rangoon was good size and filling was very good!
Skewer sampler was also delicious, marinated very well and good variety for the 4 of us, the beef tenderloin skewer was my favorite.
Salt and pepper shrimp with shell on was probably my favorite dish, it was seasoned well and quality shrimp, next time I might get some rice to finish off all of the garnishes.
We also got the tomato noodle soup- Bun Rieu, very flavorful and authentic!
Service was great but they just opened and they were still testing out some things so that’s understandable.
Overall great meal and would highly recommend, will come back to try other things!

We’ve visited Papa Kitchen a few times now, and it has quickly become our favorite family dinner spot! Every time we go, I order the Bún Quậy, and I’m always completely satisfied—it’s fresh, flavorful, and just hits the spot perfectly.
My family loves the Papa Rice Plate and the Chicken Sticky Rice, which are hearty and delicious, and we never skip the Crunchy Calamari as an appetizer—it’s perfectly crispy and addictive.
The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we walk in. The atmosphere is truly special; it transports us back to Saigon in the 1990s with its nostalgic charm and cozy vibe.
Highly recommend Papa Kitchen for authentic Vietnamese flavors and a warm, memorable dining experience! We’ll definitely be back soon.

This place is a true hidden gem for anyone craving authentic Vietnamese soul food. They have a huge menu with both vegan and non-vegan dishes, hundreds of selections.
I had the bún mắm and it’s super delicious, comes generously loaded with toppings: shrimp, whole squid, fish, stuffed jalapenos, pork,… all perfectly cooked… Fresh herbs, bean sprouts, and slices of eggplant add brightness and crunch, cutting through the richness just right.
The service is great, very friendly and attentive. They also have a parking garage with 2 hours free. I’d love to take mh family and friends here to try more things on the menu.

Our first time visiting, ordered all the “greatest hits” pho & lemongrass beef were very tasty. Well decorated interior with kind staff. Locations also has a well stocked bar.

One of the best places in Seattle for authentic Vietnamese foods. There are a lot of Viet dishes that nowhere else has. We tried a few of their signature dishes and loved them all. Too bad we are not familiar with the neighborhood, so trying to find a parking spot was painful, otherwise we would have visited again already to try other dishes.
