Went out with the family.
They have great prices for everything, had their pizza lunch special which is a 2-topping small pizza with a drink for about $10. Had the garlic bread basket (4pc), baked spaghetti, another lunch special, and bone-in wings. Good food. Pizza was great. The garlic bread was perfect, not hard just a great crunch and taste. We all got drinks which are foam/decent size.
For the whole family with tip, around $65.
They bring the food to the table. Great experience. Will go again in the future.

It’s my first time here. I ordered a half italian sub I got a hot sub with bell pepper and mushroom. I want a cold sub italian meats lettuce tomato onion italian dressing kind of sub. I didn’t eat a bit I hate mushrooms and its covered in them. The bread was soggy as well.

Really love Papa Kelsey’s, great food and service. If you like old school pizza, subs, and calzones this is definitely the move. Between the price and quality you would be hard pressed to find a better pizza place nearby. The restrooms required a code with purchase, which is fair. Restrooms were clean and well stocked.

We went here when I was in town visiting a client. My coworkers and I told him we could go anywhere in Mesa for lunch and that he had no budget. It was on the company and we wanted to treat him to a good time. Papa Kelsey’s is what he chose.
Food was great. I got the pesto grilled chicken pizza. Atmosphere was good for a hole in the wall. Perfect for lunch!

We love Papa Kelsey’s pizza and subs. Plenty of toppings. Good crust that’s not too thick and not too thin. We get bigger than we’ll eat in one sitting because the leftovers warm up good too.

I can definitely say we’ll be back for more. Papa Kelsey‘s is Bussin . Let’s just say The bottom of the pizza has a great crust delicious pizza. I’d say one of the best in the east Valley don’t go to Little Caesars down the road if you’re looking for good pizza go to Papa Kelsey trust me plus their boneless wings especially the hot honey are smacking. everything you see below was worth the money I paid in today’s time. I know that’s important and this place takes the time to make sure I can tell just by the quality of food please stop by and find out for yourself.

Papa Kelsey’s was amazing all around. The food and service were great. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with smiles and positive attitudes. It is such a welcoming environment. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. The food was absolutely delicious. We had a calzone, wings, Italian combo sub and the fried zucchini. My favorite were the wings they had the perfect amount of sauce and crisp. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients and care about what they serve.
