Food was decent. Atmosphere however, is concerning. Dining room was old and out of date and generally dirty. The kitchen looks very dirty with part of the floor rotting under the ice machine. Dim lighting. Could definitely use some renovations.

Place has went down hill, consistently is closed before 8pm. The manager the last time I went refused to let a customer order because they wanted to leave. She locked me inside the restaurant so that other customers could not come in. I have been eating there for years and will no longer be supporting their company.

Extremely dirty. Didn’t want to touch anything. Workers were nice. Subs were horrendous. Had toppings I didn’t ask for. Sub was soggy in a couple minutes. Not a fan. Maybe the good reviews are for the pizza. Once I recover I may be immune to all diseases.

Worth the visit! You are not going to feel fancy or catered to. That’s okay!!! It is the perfect place for a good lunch during a hard day’s work. Friendly people, solid meals, and a quiet atmosphere.

My family went to papa kelseys in rigby and it was the most disgusting experience, every table was covered in food and crumbs and we were the only people there besides 1 couple that came in after us.We let our kids play the claw machine and after we sat at our table to wait for our food and an earwig started crawling on our table. 2 very young employees took our order and when we received our food my daughters order was wrong even though i told the kids multiple times what her order was. My son needed to use the restroom and the bathroom was disgusting and I couldn’t even get the door to shut. We then decided to leave and asked for to go boxes for our food, we were given a few pieces of tin foil and told that the sandwiches “travel better that way”. I can’t believe this place hasn’t been shut down its an absolute joke!
