Terrible place, that it would close and disband and go bankrupt… I arrived 15 minutes before check-in, parked incorrectly, the police were called without warning. Very aggressive! As you approach this facility, you’ll find the adjacent streets may have trucks parked along the curb awaiting their delivery appointments because the onsite staging/parking is limited to 9 spaces on the right, across from the 11 dock doors on the left. Check-in is in the far corner of the building, near dock door 1. For early deliveries, they will take your bills and write your phone number on them and call you once they have a door for you. This doesn’t take very long as they seem to work deliveries in and out at a good pace. There currently is no driver lounge but there is one port-o-john near the office ramp for your personal needs.

Making a delivery here is a nightmare, appointment? There is not such thing, Show up the night before, walk to receiving at 10am for a 11am appointment. 1pm and still waiting very slow, parking outside on the street.

This job works my friend overtime. He is a supervisor he never gets to see his daughter. My daughter is 11 years old, and my friend only made it to one birthday party of hers, and that’s when she turned ten.

It’s sad I was about 30 minutes early for my given appointment time @ 10 then had two other trucks come in after me and get unloaded before me their only using 1 dock to unload trucks and make you wait… 11:30 I’m finally in a door getting unloaded.
