Worst pizza I have ever had. The garlic dips all of them turned into oil because the person who packed the order don’t even know that hot and cold items go separate. I wasn’t even able to try that dips and on the top of that dips got leaked and it was all over the box. And I attached the picture also of their top notch skill of cutting the pizza one giant pizza slice . Really awful i got the same experience before also but i wanted to try second time . I was hoping it will be good this time. But again FLOPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP.

What the delivery fee for the exactly? If the driver who is doing the actual delivery doesn’t get it, then why am I paying it?
I always tip the driver because I know you guys pay them slave wages, but putting this on the box is so out of touch it’s insane.
Openly admitting the delivery fee is not paid to the driver while also guilting customers to pay their wages because you refuse to.

Thought I would share this with others and I hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else.
My friend had ordered a heart shaped pizza from this location on valentines day that just passed, her pizza was burnt and inedible.
She then called the store and told the lady that was working at the time about her pizza being burnt, the lady said she will take her name and number down and she would be able to come in and get a new pizza and mentioned the pizza was probably burnt because of the prepaid dough ( so she admitted the dough is not fresh and could potentially be burnt)
A week later my friend called the store so she could pick up her pizza, the gentleman said her name and number were not on file but insisted that she will get her pizza.
My friend walks into the store and the man working who had ear buds in told my friend he can only give her a small pizza.
My friend payed over $20 for her burnt meal which was a medium to large size pizza and she only got a small.
She showed pictures of her burnt pizza to the man working and he just went on about how good the crust is and how he likes it.
This place not only has pre-made dough but also has very unprofessional and unorganized staff.
For the inconvenience why would you give someone less than what they paid if you make a mistake?
I will be staying clear from papa John’s on guelph line in Burlington now and so will she, we go out and spend good money on our local restaurants and support them but this one is off our list.

Ordered Papa Johns through Skip the Dishes and the food arrived hot and fresh in a timely manner. The order was exactly how it was requested, looked and tasted amazing. The epic stuffed crust is really good. The garlic knots… Fantastic and the bacon garlic cheese bread was good!

Went inside to pick up the order. Staff member leaves the pizza making counter and walks over to the computer and tapped the keyboard with fingers and then went right back to folding the dough. No hand washing of any kind in between. I thought I would give it the benefit of the doubt. Well that was the first red flag.
– Jalapeño mozzarella twists burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. Found a thin black curly long hair inside of one. Yum.
– Garlic twists burnt and swimming in grease.
– Pizza was thin crust but tasted like cardboard. This is a first for me. I can check it off my bucket list now.
– Pepperoni sausage was cooked perfectly.
– Pizza sauce was ok.
– Wrong dipping sauce provided with the order.
Staff unfamiliar with online menu when placing phone order. The funniest part is a huge sign outside that says “under new management”.

Been to this location a few times to pickup pizza. No major issues with the food, except for the fact how its made. The staff have absolutely no concept of hygiene, no hair nets, no washing hands etc. I asked one of the girls working behind the counter why she’s not wearing a hair net and she simply just ignored my question. Going there is sometimes questionable.

Absolutely horrible experience, ordered a pepperoni stuffed pizza. This is the only location that doesn’t know normal pizza making procedure, you have the picture posted of the pizza but made it the wrong way. All of my pepperoni was under the cheese it was soggy not crispy and it was sloppy and had that nasty uncooked pepperoni taste clobbered with wet olives under the cheese. These toppings are meant to be on top so they get cooked. Thanks for ruining my dinner. What a waste of money. Learn to follow proper procedure.
