Had a very nice experience at Papa John’s Pizza in Burlington. The food was okay, but what really made my visit great was the wonderful customer service. The young lady, Asita, provided helpful information about the pizzas and was incredibly sweet and polite. Because of her great service, I’ll definitely visit again. Thank you, Asita!

We order on Tuesday when they had the Bogo deal.
The lady that answered the phone didnt honor the deal. The price for 1 was pizza was $18 and if we got the *free**
It was going to be $36+
My husband explained that it was advertised and if she needed the code she said No.
She just didnt understand so he got frustrated since she didnt speak very well English .
So we ended up with just 1 pizza.
False advertised.
Pizza didnt have much on top lots of cheese.
We will be ordering from our other favorite place.

The service here was great! The staff is friendly and attentive. I’m surprised by some of the negative reviews here. I found the store to be very clean. I have seen the staff cleaning up during a late order. They were even nice enough to accept my order, even though I had placed it very close to closing. The food is amazing, as always.
Over the many years my family and I have ordered from this store, their service has always been really fast. No business is going to be perfect, but this location has always been my favourite by far. The negative reviews seem a bit exaggerated.
I highly recommend this place! Definitely try the garlic parmesan stuff crust pizza. Its soo good.

Every time I get a pizza its made just how I ask. (I appreciate a well done pizza) its been great and consistent and I get it more than I’d like to admit. Can’t speak on sides I dont get them.
Im assuming most of the 1 stars are uber/skip drivers that don’t bring a pizza bag. They have a big table thing that says no bag no pizza.

I recently ordered an XL 16-inch pizza from Papa John’s in Burlington, but I was quite disappointed with what I received. When the pizza arrived, it looked a bit smaller than I expected, so I decided to measure it. To my surprise, it was only 14 inches, which is the size of a large pizza. As a regular customer, I expect to get what I pay for, especially when it comes to something as basic as the size of the pizza.

However, the size discrepancy really overshadowed the overall experience. I had ordered the larger size because I was hosting a small gathering, and the smaller pizza meant I had to make alternative arrangements at the last minute, which was inconvenient and frustrating.

We placed an order for ‘the meat’ pizza, which includes Canadian bacon, pepperoni, sausage and beef. As promised, the pizza was delivered in 20 minutes on time. We got 50% off since we arrived on Monday, which was a great offer. For other weekdays, they also provide other excellent deals. They also give you more options, such as bowls, papadias, and cookies.

Tonight’s pizza was very underwhelming. I usually love the crust but for some reason, it was incredibly thin and tasteless. The toppings were tasty, but they were only on half the pizza. There was a huge 2 inch border around the pizza with nothing on it. The garlic knots, that are always great, were ridiculously tiny. Whoever made the dough, clearly had problems today.
