I tried to order an all meat pizza, but they got the girl with black hair with blonde in the front to make it, and now it smells like I ordered a seafood special. I didn’t know john sold rotten tuna. 1/10 very disappointing will not be recommending or returning.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this Papa John’s. The employee who handled my order (her name started with a V I think it was Veronica), was extremely hostile and disrespectful during the interaction.
Instead of resolving a simple issue with my order, the situation escalated and I felt completely disrespected and unwelcome as a customer. At one point my pizza was even thrown toward me across the counter, which was shocking and incredibly unprofessional.
No customer should ever feel uncomfortable or disrespected when picking up an order they paid for. I strongly encourage management to review what happened and address the behavior of their staff so no one else has to deal with an experience like this.

I ordered through the Papa John’s app. Easy to use. It provides a timer that indicates when your order is ready in real time. Pick up was easy as you can pay through the app. I will come again.

Placed the order through door dash. Even though the service was quick, the driver placed the chicken wings on top of the pizza so the oil had spilled on the pizza box. Luckily it didn’t get into the pizza box. Also, why don’t you seal your boxes? There is no guarantee our foods haven’t been tampered with. It doesn’t cost too much to invest in the safety and hygiene of your food. Pizza and chicken was great by the way.

I love Papa John’s. I am a fairly regular customer. I hadn’t been there since Christmas, which is unusual. So I thought Valentines looked like a good time to return. I called to place my order. To my surprise, no one answered the phone. That was a first. So I went inside. A very exhausted looking young man came out to greet me. This was not the usual camaraderie that I was used to seeing when I would go there. He was clearly trying to find a minute to grab some lunch, and suddenly, I understood why the phone was not answered. So I asked him if he was working all alone and he said, “Yes, every day.” I immediately felt badly for him. One of the busiest pizza days of the year and he was working alone. There was no one there to help him, nor even just to talk to. So I couldn’t rate the service, nor the atmosphere, as highly as I would normally, because this man couldn’t be the effective team member he normally would be. There was no atmosphere, it was just eerily quiet and still. No staff members hollering to one another, helping one another, laughing with one another. It was so sad to see. He did the best he could that day, and he made me some beautiful pizzas, even though he was feeling pretty low. So do better, Papa John’s. Support your staff. No staff member should ever work alone in this crazy world.

Pizza and garlic fingers are the go to here with extra donair sauces on the side because their containers are small. Just make sure you have your extra dipping sauce before leaving as there have been a few times it’s been forgotten. I still keep coming back though because the food is good. Would recommend.
