A very nice, clean and quaint restaurant. The Young man that took my order was very pleasant and made me feel at home . As a visitor, that was very important for me as was returning home to Houston Texas. My pizza order was awesome, hot and flavorful. I would recommend this outlet to anyone interested.

Ordered told me it would be 26 mins. Called an hour later told me door dash had it (because driver called off) and it was on the way. They told me they had no way of knowing when it would be dropped off because it was in door dash hands. When I called the line again to see estimated time it said my order hadn’t even been made yet and it would be 30 mins. 2 hours later still no pizza. Called and had it voided.
UPDATE!! They never refunded my money! Awesome. Said they would but then they never so I got charged $50 for imaginary pizza!

Went to Papa John’s on Jordan. I hear they have great Calzones, ads on the wall shows Calzones! Guess what no Calzones. They don’t sell Calzones anymore. I look up and think it’s Juneau, things run out…right? I look to order something else, but they have no prices! No prices for any of there items!! WTH? I ask the kid what items cost, he looks at me and says “I don’t know”…what a joke for a business!!
I’m sure they have good food, but what a ridiculous way to run a business. It’s a take it or leave unprofessional way to operate.
I won’t be back!! There are plenty of other local pizza places to do business with. I don’t recommend Papa John’s on Jordan in Juneau!

There’s no atmosphere. Their phone line links to people who don’t live anywhere in Alaska. I just got off the phone with someone who called Juneau “Joe-new”. And when I got a hold of a local, he made me linger forever while he tried to prove to me that Italian Trio wasn’t a real pizza option.

We just got our order of two pizzas, it took awhile to get our order delivered. The pizza guy didn’t seem so friendly we tipped him anyways, when we open up the box’s Both of our pizzas where smashed and destroyed. We where hungry and did not feel like waiting another hour to get different pizza. So we ended up having to scoop up all the toppings and put it back on to the smashed up, cold and doughy pizza that was just soggy like really soggy. Our soda was warm, paying this much for pizza and tipping the driver pizza should not be like this at all. This was horrible, one of the worst pizza experience that we’ve ever had with any pizza company’s we just threw it into the trash. We will not be ordering from Papa Johns anymore in Juneau, Ak

I forgot to buy food to feed 60/65 people which was horrifying. With less than an hour before dinner I took a chance and called Papa John’s for 20 pizzas. Call went to call center in Philippines but when I said my order, I was quickly connected to Juneau. I thought it was going to take hours but they got it done within an hour. Total lifesaver. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Very good pizza, I don’t order cheese on mine and they always get the order right. Only had them accidentally put cheese on it once, and they quickly remade it in a matter of minutes. Very friendly staff as well. Check out their specials online for some good deals!

Good pizza joint. Only problem I could say was in the past when I would come to place or pick up my orders, there was notable tension between the workers. I don’t know what the drama was about, but it was noticeable on more than one occasion, and it struck me as unprofessional. Other than that, my pizza was delicious, and now when I visit the drama seems to have died down.
