Husband ordered from here. Pizza is almost a quarter bare. No sauce, toppings anything. Manger won’t answer the phone, even hung up on the call center claiming they’re too busy. Which they could be, but that doesn’t mean they should be letting pizzas go out like that. Awful.

Ordered for the first time from the Papa Johns on Fort Wainwright and the online ordering process was very simple and the tracking abilities to monitor the completion of your order was very neat and convenient! Plenty of options to choose from which was nice- my son doesn’t eat pizza so being able to order him some “chicken nuggets” was fantastic. We went for the Shaq Pepperoni pizza and a stuffed crust beef and bacon( forgot a pic of this one but it was perfect) My husband wanted the cinnamon pull aparts- I was skeptical because I usually find these cinnamon bread things from pizza places to be pretty dry but that was not the case with these- super moist and flavorful!! These are dangerous haha!! Definitely recommend the cinnamon pull aparts! The kids wanted the chocolate chip cookie- it was warm and not too crunchy and they really liked that treat. Really loved that the pizzas weren’t greasy- even the one with all the pepperoni! Our order was prepared quickly and we picked it up in about 15 minutes. We are staying in the hotel next door for a month+ so I’m sure we will

Ordering from Papa John’s is always a PITA. What’s the point of having one on a military installation when Papa John’s own website can’t locate a building number and provide delivery on post.

I have placed multiple orders and everytime they never deliver or cannot be reached. You call the number and the people who answers isn’t even in the store. Additionally when you ask to speak to someone at the store their ohone says they are closed when they clearly are not. Now I cannot cancel my order becuase no one will answer.

Garbage establishment. This is now the second time I have ordered from here and it takes an absurd amount of time for delivery. This place needs to get it together, looking at pervious reviews it’s obvious this issue is reoccurring. Get it together, hire new management team.
Update: I have finally received my order, well half of it anyway. They forgot the 10 inch cheese sticks. I was told by the driver that she would be back in 15 minutes, I guess we’ll see.

The pizza was good. The dude we spoke with at the central number kept trying to push more items on me to order. To the point I handed the phone over to my wife and said we will get pizza somewhere else. She handled the rest of it. The staff inside Papa John’s was good. Wish we could’ve dialed them directly.

I wish I could give zero stars. Not the first time our order was wrong. They put bacon all over my veggie pizza… and then everytime they connect me to the manager, it rings twice and then they hang up the phone. Not cool and id like my money back… thx

I’ve been attempting to eat from this papa Johns for a little over 3 years now. If you use the app and only do carry out orders you’ll be fine. But if you ever use delivery you’re taking your money and food into your own hands. They will not, I repeat will not answer the phones in 3 years I’ve maybe gotten them to answer their phones a handful of times. I only order from them for its convenience but I’m finally at the point where I’ve lost enough money from ordering food that never shows up and not being able to contact the store which is INSANE!!!! After 3 years I still cannot reach the store by phone 80% of the time. All I would need to do is cancel the order but I’m stuck with money out of the bank and food that never arrives.

They don’t answer the phone when you call for a manager so you have to call in a new order to get in touch with an employee. They take entirely too long to fulfill orders. Their drivers are rude and just expect tips and hold your food ransom until you sign the receipt. To add to this, the in-store experience is basically watching their employees prepare your food barehanded. Which I’m sure is completely sanitary. If you want cold food and rude customer service, then Fort Wainwright Papa John’s is the store for you.
