Garbage establishment. This is now the second time I have ordered from here and it takes an absurd amount of time for delivery. This place needs to get it together, looking at pervious reviews it’s obvious this issue is reoccurring. Get it together, hire new management team.

Ordered for the first time from the Papa Johns on Fort Wainwright and the online ordering process was very simple and the tracking abilities to monitor the completion of your order was very neat and convenient! Plenty of options to choose from which was nice- my son doesn’t eat pizza so being able to order him some “chicken nuggets” was fantastic. We went for the Shaq Pepperoni pizza and a stuffed crust beef and bacon( forgot a pic of this one but it was perfect) My husband wanted the cinnamon pull aparts- I was skeptical because I usually find these cinnamon bread things from pizza places to be pretty dry but that was not the case with these- super moist and flavorful!! These are dangerous haha!! Definitely recommend the cinnamon pull aparts! The kids wanted the chocolate chip cookie- it was warm and not too crunchy and they really liked that treat. Really loved that the pizzas weren’t greasy- even the one with all the pepperoni! Our order was prepared quickly and we picked it up in about 15 minutes. The second time delivery has been VERY late. Last time it took well over two hours, but the pizza wasn’t bad. This time I called hoping that a phone-in order would be quicker, but the employee said I would have to use online because he was too busy. He said the wait time was about an hour. Ordered online and the pizza still isn’t here and it’s been nearly two hours. I understand that it can be difficult to get things out quickly when understaffed, but this seems to be a recurrent issue.

My husband orders from here regularly and we don’t normally have issues. I used to work at a papa johns so I understand the fast paced can get stressful, tonight I had my husband pick up and we didn’t get the soda we ordered, I called and asked to get the 3 dollars or whatever returned, employee rudely said ‘you can drive back here or just deal with it’… then she talked to the manager, and asked for my address and delivered the soda herself, she she arrived I tried to too her some cash for her troubles but she walked away said ‘I don’t have a mask’ and walked away, super snappy and rude, I’m glad I got my soda and I get the job can get rough but so she was mean and wouldn’t even take a tip? If I were her manager I’d have to talk to her because even though the issue was resolved her attitude was not friendly at ALL 🙁

I actually love there pizza but when ordering in store the older lady with a pink tattoo on her forearm just STARED at the keypad and you put in your card and it tells you to put a tip amount. Her staring just made it awkwardly inclined to tip as she was just glaring at it. Terribly uncomfortable experience.

10/30/2020 I’m currently DoorDashing and while waiting on 2 deliveries (only because papa Johns is crazy busy right now) manager While working her butt off made sure her employees were taking care of by asking if they all have had a drink in a while. I’m totally impressed with her kindness and leadership. Figured while I was waiting I’d write this good review since we all know the good ones don’t normally happen.

Ordered so coworkers who were working late could eat. Delivery estimate was 35-45 minutes. After an hour it didn’t arrive. I called they told me they ensured my pizza were in the car and leaving now. Called 20 minutes later and they said it just left. I’m not sitting at an hour and a half without food. No reason to be at work except waiting on pizza I spent money on.
