I’m not a fan of the pizza but I do like the garlic Parmesan bread sticks. That’s all I order when I go to this place. I went there and ordered bread sticks. The past couple times I was there I wasn’t happy with the bread sticks because they were really dry and barely had any of the I guess Parmesan or oil that the put over top when they come out. I politely asked the guy working if he could just make sure it wasn’t so dry and if the could make sure they actually sprinkle the Parmesan on them. He said I’ll take care of it. When I got my order I noticed the box just a little wet and got in my car and tilted the box just a little instantly all of this liquid poured out of the cracks of the box and all over my clothes and all over my interior of the vehicle. I instantly went back inside and asked for napkins describing what happened. He said nothing. He just took his time getting up and got me some napkins. No apology or anything. Now I was able to stop in the next day and talk to a very nice young lady who relaid the message to the boss. My issue was that i
Spent 4 hours dealing with trying to clean up the spill in my car plus my $50 vest, $20 hoodie, $15 t shirt, and my new $50 Eddie Bauer cargo pants were all ruined. When I was able to talk with the manager I was offered 50% off my next order even after I already explained that I only order their bread sticks. My clothes were completely ruined. The only reason my interior was able to be saved was because the interior had been coated with a protectant which saved it. If you look at the picture posted this was how much oil was still in the box after it had already spilled on me. You can see how soggy they look too I ended up throwing them out.

Horrible customer service when you call in the guy answers P.J.’s what does that stands for PROJECTS? Should be because it’s not the first time it happened from this location.I just ordered a pizza and one was ranch. The other was barbecue sauce. I called and complained that they just gave me cheesy bread because the pizza has no sauce. The guy literally said that was made just like you ordered it if it is then why do. I have two pizzas that has no sauce on it, why would I lie about no sauce? Did nothing to make it right not even ask me to bring the order in and they would make it right for me. I wont order from these guys again.

This is my families favorite Papa Johns in Anchorage we go to. There is actually one much closer to our home and we purposely drive farther just to get food here. It’s hot, fresh and 9/10 times my order is done correctly. Great location and good service. I recommend them over others in town.

I ordered a medium pepperoni, extra cheese on the app. I go inside to pick it up, and it took a good 5 minutes for them to say anything to me, or other patrons, that were waiting. Eventually I got my pizza and go back to the hotel, and it was a pizza that had only had bbq sauce and cheese. I called them, and left a voicemail, and no one called me back. Im passing through town and was extremely busy so I couldn’t go back to get my order corrected.

Door dash was reassigned 3 times because of a delay in the order being ready. When the door dash did get there they had sent my order with the delivery driver to the wrong house and had another 15 min delay on an order that was already 50 minutes

They were very nice when it came to replacing my pizza when there was a very minor issue and they always have good deals if you know the coupon code. I’ve never been a fan of their bread as it doesn’t stay hot long enough and it sucks they charge you for parmesan and red pepper packets as other pizza joints offer those as complimentary. Still, they remain consistent in what they do and rarely have I had a negative experience in all the years I ordered from them.

Besides having a narrow parking lot I have no complaints about this place. I get a pizza for my son every week from here. It’s honestly the best prices pizza around. Very fast. Most of the time I order online then leave my house. By the time I get there my order is ready.
