Got a Shaq pizza and added onion, wanted it crispy, got a limp pizza topping was under the cheese , lady behind counter had absolutely no personality, will never buy from Papa John’s again and the pizza cost me $28. ?? What a scam! I’ve tasted better pizza at dominos and that’s bad !!

I ordered the Shaq-a-Roni Pizza, that is supposed to have extra cheese and extra pepperoni on an extra large New York style pizza. I’ll say, the extra pepperoni was there, but it definitely lacked the extra cheese. The pizza was so flat and dry, it makes me wonder what other’s experience has been??

My husband and I ordered two medium pizzas tonight for delivery and the picture I posted is how one of them arrived. I called to explain the condition of my pizza to the manager.. I can’t tell if water spilt in it or what the liquid is but half of the pizza is completely soggy and like I said.. I don’t know what split on it. I was told I could get a new pizza for free but I’d have to go pick it up.. I declined the offer because I’m not going out tonight which is why we placed an order for delivery. Im extremely disappointed with the customer service and pretty annoyed that I paid for a pizza we cannot eat. Take care of your customers the way you would want to be cared for.. it’s that simple.

EDIT: The restaurant has talked to me and gave me a refund for the order. They have checked the oven temperatures and did more training on them. So I changed my stars rating.
Do you like burnt pizza? These breadsticks were dry and bitter and I couldn’t sell them to even the hungriest of my crew. Pizzas had crust like this as well. Tried to call but was put on hold and never talked to.

Never had their pizza so i figured i would give them a try. Big mistake was told 10-24 min waited for a hour ☹️ then when it arrived it was burnt i even gave a tip of %25 when i ordered. 1 star is generous after the excuses given when i call 2 times.

Instead of trying to find my order the kid at the counter tried to reorder my food which would have taken another 45 minutes and while waiting in line he served two other people that came in behind me before me along with talk of not understanding how orders got this far out of hand and no longer accepting orders at what was 6:45 in the evening very unprofessional fact of hearing that the manager john may be at the casino drunk
