UPDATE: I talked to a manager who was very apologetic and helpful and he immediately issued a remake and scheduled a delivery for tonight to replace our pizzas. Very professional and kind. Yes I will still be tipping the new delivery driver tonight as I know it was not their fault 🙂

WE WERE UNANLE TO EAT OUR FOOD and I called as soon as our order was delivered. He came in the kitchen with 3 boxes I told him no we only had 2 go get the driver the driver sped off b4 we could catch him. The extra pizza box was a box of half eaten pepperoni bacon and onion pizza so #1 that is so gross. And it was with our pizzas so I mentally can not eat this or give to my family. I tried to call at 10;01 pm but it was the we are closed message and was unable to leave a voice mail. This is so gross you guys!!!!!! This is not our pizza our order was #0051 made at 9:32pm 6/7/2023.
We were also given our copy and merchants copy of the receipt which I will save for ypur records if u want .

When the delivery driver came to pick up the fee, I accidentally gave him the money for another order with another company. Totally my fault. I talked to the door dash driver and he said he’d call the company. I called Papa John’s and basically all the Mgr said is I’d have to call Door Dash after I told him several times they seem to be unavailable. He said the Door Dash guy would return my order. I mistakenly gave the money to Uber driver for a Safeway delivery and have been unable to get a hold of him either. I’m not trying to get out of what I owe. I just want to be sure the mo ey goes where it is owed. Can someone help me?

The pizza quality has plummeted in the last couple years, the last time I ordered the crust was worse than some frozen pizzas I’ve had. From what I’ve heard quality is declining across all Papa Johns, so maybe this location isn’t the root of the problem.
At this point the whole “better ingredients, better pizza” slogan is just a sad joke, I can’t believe they still print it on their boxes.

We ordered online after receiving a coupon code that morning. The order took a while because the code kept saying it was expired. After about 20 minutes of trying to get a code to work, we had success. 12 dollars for 2 large one topping pizzas. We received a email after the order saying that it would be ready in 30 minutes. We arrived in 25 minutes and the pizzas were barely warm.. seriously. They offered to reheat them and joked a little bit about how it was ready for us early. I had to take it with a grain of salt as i was not intending on complaining about it. It was still warm on our 15 min ride back home and it was very tasty. I am pleased with the food.

When I called to let this location know that one of my pizzas arrived very burnt, Anna was apologetic and professional. She said she would personally remake my pizza and make sure the second time around was better. It was great! Her customer service was exceptional! Thank you, Anna!
