I ordered a Philly pizza add mushrooms, and it came with no mushrooms and undercooked, almost raw dough underneath. I also ordered a garden veggie that was burnt, completely black on the bottom and totally inedible. When I called to complain/request replacement, I was yelled at by a rude employee, told it would be 50 minutes, and then he hung up on me. Don’t know if I’ll actually get my food.

It’s pizza! The lady that works the counter at night is very good at her job. She’s the type of employee companies should go out of their way to retain. I came in to pick up my order and she was very apologetic for it not being ready yet, even though it was my fault for not listening to my girlfriend, which caused me to be 15 mins early. She seemed very sincere and pleasant. I’ve always believed you can pay someone to show up, but you can’t pay them to care. She definitely cares. I wish I would have gotten her name.

Great pizza, always have good deals and you can usually get out the door for under 30 dollars which is hard to do in today’s pizza market. I had to take a couple stars of simply because of the location, and the kind of people that hang out around here. It feels pretty unsafe at times, and I wouldn’t want to leave my car alone. Again, this has nothing to do with pizza and the staff which are great.

Been told the wait is 5 minutes but I ended up waiting 45 minutes in total. Matter of fact, I only ordered two things from the menu. Also they were not too busy, so I wasn’t sure what the long holdup was about. Please consider customers timing, that’s all I’m asking for.

We just telephone ordered Papa John’s in Tacoma on our way back from Auburn. Called back to let them know we would be late, so they timed our order with our arrival time. Impressive!! Also, this is the FIRST TIME both my husband and I ATE THE ENTIRE SLICE (including crusts)!! Normally we eat fast food pizza slices and just don’t finish the crusts! We’re definitely going to be getting our pizzas from Papa John’s from now on….so delicious, not greasy….just wow!! (Notice in photo, box isn’t covered in grease).

My order didn’t show up on there screen… I showed her that I got the confirmation number the time I placed it and the time it will be done without hesitation she asked my order and started making it before she left.. I don’t know her name… I door dash a customer wanted her pizza cut a certain way … They cut it wrong..she told me if I see that customer let her know to call her and she will get another pizza… That Right there is a good manger boss… That customer service at its best… A happy customer is always a returning customer… Thank You Again… Sincerely a happy fat guy
