Always so slow. They dont pay drivers they just contract the orders out to doordash and tell us “it will be 5 minutes” or “it will be 10 minutes” but it is never 5 or 10 minutes. It’s at least double. Idc how long it takes but dont lie to me

Ordered food online over 5 hours early for a 4:30pm delivery. Food arrived 40 minutes late for the party. When I order food this far in advance for a specific time I expect papa John’s and door dash to deliver on time.

Absolutely ridiculous that these workers have to work without AC, there’s no way it was less than 100° inside the restaurant and that’s unacceptable.
It’s also probably part of the reason my crust was burned.

I accidentally received a wrong item in my order, but I didn’t realize until I got home (which I should have looked in parking lot, but oh well). When I returned to the store, the bearded, handsome manager was so nice and apologetic and he upgraded the size of my pizza at no cost, and gave me a new fresh pizza straight from the oven. Will definitely come back again. Five star customer service. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Ordered pizza and Garlic knots online in the late morning and set a delivery time for 430pm in the afternoon. I called the branch to see what the issue was at 510pm. Their excuse was that their system did not notify doordash , and that they would now call doordash to deliver my pizza which had been sitting for 45 minutes to me. Who wants cold old pizza delivered!!!!? I had them remake my order and now it will be over at least am hour to hour and a half later…didn’t even offer to discount or comp anything…. I will not be ordering from this establishment again!

I tried ordering from Pizza Hut before I ordered from here but the customer service was absolutely horrible and as a guy who works fast food taking orders for a living I honestly thought it was unacceptable. So I tried out this Papa John’s location (being new to Bonney Lake) and the gentleman who took my order was so professional so nice, so patient, and the driver was just as awesome

We ordered a Philly steak pizza with Alfredo sauce, onion and green peppers but there was zero flavor at all. The red sauce on our other pizza just tasted like tomato sauce and the buffalo wings we got tasted nothing like buffalo and more like chipotle. Needless to say we were super disappointed and will not be ordering again. We spent $65.00 when we would’ve had better pizza spending $20.00 in the frozen food isle.
