I went by today on Super Bowl Sunday. Many people entered and could not be served. Staff were incompetent and upset. Understaffed for Super Bowl. Some people ordered days before and paid $100+ and their orders were cancelled. They threw boxes on the floor for cancelled orders, then picked the boxes up, and used them for new orders. Very dirty. I cancelled and left. too many other pizza options for this to be acceptable.

Ordered ahead on Friday for the Super Bowl. Called Saturday to confirm. Arrived Sunday at the confirmed pickup time and was immediately told “25 more minutes,” followed by the manager yelling that it “would’ve been done if I had employees” and saying “people who work around restaurants on Super Bowl should know.”
We did everything right.
We ordered early because it was the Super Bowl. We confirmed. We showed up on time.
After waiting the additional 25 minutes, the order still wasn’t ready. On a $130 order, we asked for a discount.
Instead, they refunded the entire order, said they’d still make it, then abruptly said they “did something wrong,” canceled the order completely, and sent us on our way.
No food. No discount. No solution. Just a refund and no Super Bowl pizza with kickoff less than an hour away.
As we were leaving, the lobby was packed. Another customer said his pickup time was an hour and a half earlier. Meanwhile, tickets were continuously printing behind the counter, easily 20 to 30 orders, while the lobby kept filling up.
We chose Papa John’s specifically as a treat, even though Domino’s is closer. Huge mistake. This location is permanently off our list.
Poor planning, zero accountability, and worse customer service.

The pizza was awful. Probably the worst one I’ve ever had. Barely any cheese, the crust felt stale, and the entire thing was watery. As I picked up the first slice, and what little cheese was on it and all the toppings slid right off. A single piece of pineapple and some watery sauce on the crust remained. Every piece was like this. It was bland.
There wasn’t a single good thing about it. I don’t think I’ve ever written a Google review before, but this pizza was so bad I had to say something.
The woman at the counter was nice though.

I ordered pizza for pick up. Well the food was supposed to be ready in 40 mins. I arrived in 35 mins and they said it was not even started. Waited 30 more minutes after that and when I finally got someone at the counter to hand me my order they were absolutly rude to the second employee there by clapping thier hands at them instead of calling them by name to get thier attention. Who does that to a grown adult? Your employees are not dogs. Have some respect for your fellow humans. Worst experiance ever but the pizza was still delicious.

Not thoroughly cooked, doughy uncooked middle, no garlic parmesan on the actual breadsticks. All ingredients are ONLY on the bottom of the paper. Taste like raw uncooked plain bread!

I’m currently sitting at Papa Johns. I was supposed to pick up my order tonight at 5:25. I was a bit early and was told it would be a few more minutes. When the time came, I saw the front desk worker checking over my order and realized that one part was sent out with the previous order. I was then told it would be 10 more minutes which isn’t that bad. The worst part is they were all laughing about it. (Front desk and oven workers). Super lame and unprofessional. Lucky order before mine for the free cheese sticks…

I ordered two large pizzas on the 16th of this month. Not only was the guy who was working super friendly but you can tell he genuinely enjoys his job. He made a couple of the best pizzas I have had in a long time! So Ty for your smiling face and good pies frd. We will be returning for sure!

Went in for pizza on 11/7/24 and waited about 10 minutes for pizza and then once I got my pizza annnd free bread sticks and paper plates I sat in my car and ate my pizza jamming to music and when I was done and went to leave my car battery died completely and so I went back inside to see if anyone could jump my car, nick from this location had told me he has cables and could help! He came out front to my car and was able to get my car started and told me it was no problem after thanking him. Everyone was super nice and they all better be getting a RAISE!! Again thank you so much to this store!!

This location consistently gives your order to other people ensuring you have double the wait for them to remake it. Their staff don’t care one bit about it. The service is way below standards for the area. I will never be back. I rather buy frozen and expired pizza at a market than return to any Papa Johns!
