We were told 30 minutes, we show up and then are told it’s going to be an additional 20 minutes. We come back, and desipite ordering extra cheese (paying extra for it) cheese was missing from several patches of pizza. When asked what could be done the only option given was for them to remake it… Writing this while waiting, it’s been an additional 15 minutes now. Plus I felt attitude when I brought the pizza back in and showed them. A 30 dollar pizza that we are driving to pickup should not take over an hour to make and should be right when it comes out. Not cool…

The Manager as he called himself was quite rude. I had coupons long story short I left without the pizzas because they didn’t honor what was published. He also shouted at me which I only spoke to him in a normal tone. This was months ago but I have been to mad to comment. Now its like whatever!! First time and last time doing business with this joint. Ordered a large pizza, half pepperoni and half Canadian bacon and pineapple. Picked up pizza, should have checked it in the store, and discovered the toppings were wrong when we got home. They gave us half pepperoni with onions and half Canadian bacon with onions, yuck. Called the store and they said that’s what we ordered. Um no. They repeated the correct order over the phone and probably fat fingered it into their computer wrong. Either way, they refused to do anything to correct the problem. Ate one slice and the rest went into the garbage.

I like the owner and causes he supports . I had the all meat pizza and it was in the top 3 pizzas I’ve had that I would consider horrible. The meat was odd, which is the best I can describe and the taste was generally nasty. Ordinary I would give a second and even third chance but it was bad enough that I’m going to pass. The place must have some fans as it was very busy.
